When you advertise newly renovated that should be expected upon viewing it is rather awful the false advertisement being posted from this development i wish i could post pictures
Everything about the Collins Park community is great. The staff and maintenance are very nice and helpful. The community is quiet, friendly, and very well kept. The application and move in process was smooth and easy. Maintenance is very fast and efficient. The townhomes are super affordable, nice, spacious, and very CLEAN! Location is great, very close to a variety of restaurants, stores, and fun places to visit. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great community to call home to check this place out. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We love living here!

BIG THUMBS UP. The first time I laid eyes on this complex, I knew I wanted to live in one of the condos. They're cute as a button and located right next to Collins Park which is the ballfield for the Dixie Majors. I love baseball, so I knew I was right at home. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Collins Park Villas is literally in the middle of everything, yet is quiet, sharing Fellowship Road with only Collins Park. Aside from the base ball, the park features tennins courts, swimming pool, etc. Surrounding, with in a two mile radius, are the Charleston Coliseum, PAC, Tanger Outlet Mall, Charleston International Airport, I-526 access AND Boeing within walking distance! It's an exciting place to live.

I recommend it to anyone. Big spacious townhomes, within walking distance of a park and community pool. Plus, they are always looking out for the good of the community here.

I have lived here for approx. 3 months and have so far enjoyed my time here. its quiet and peaceful. I needed a place to stay asap and Mr. Mike worked with both me and my roommate to get us in as quick as possible. The staff is friendly as well. The apartments are beautiful, and every time I show someone my place they always say: "Is there any available apartments left?" I get so many compliments about my house from everyone, and they're not wrong. This is my very first apartment and I was blessed to find a place as great as this.
I've recently moved into Collins Park Villas and I can attest that from the very first meeting I was stuck. Mr. Michael was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable, I immediately felt welcomed. He explained everything to me step by step. My children even commented that they loved the new apartment. Thank you for this opportunity to be apart of your community.
