Dont

Building is old and smells gross. During summer months you’ll have infestations of bees and/or flies no matter how hard you keep your place clean. Wintertime there are mice (nice mice but mice nonetheless). Maintenance is slow to answer. Shared laundry that you pay $4 a load for.

Very RUDE

I couldn't find a number for the location, when I finally did a man answered and I asked him if there were any 1 bedrooms available I explained to him that I had a hard time finding a phone number and I wanted to make sure I was calling the right place. He said that the number was in front of the building I explained to him that I am relocating and if someone was looking for a place why would they think "Oh the number is outside of the complex". He was VERY VERY rude he kept interrupting me while I was speaking. THE worse if you work in this type of business you need to have customer service skills!
