Property Ratings at COLONIAL APARTMENTS
My unit appears to have been fully renovated prior to moving in about 6 weeks ago! No loud or excessive noisy neighbors and the management has maintenance to check on any problems that may arise and fixed in a quick and timely manner. I have had no problems with the property management company in anyway from day 1 until now they have been great and maintained communication with me ensuring I had enough time to submit documents during the application process and was issued keys within 24 hours of the approval notice. So far this has been a great opportunity for me to have a fresh start and a new path in life.
This would be a nice place to live if CROWN Properties did not manage it!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SUCK!
