Property Ratings at Colonial Court Apartments
I've lived in the same apt for 20yrs! I've raised my son here. Parks & schools nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Nice trail. Accepts small dogs. I don't plan on moving anytime soon ??
Lived here for a few years, Rent is good but neighbors are all around loud either upstairs or downstairs, loud walking down the hallways. Hallways hardly ever get cleaned, the basement is gross never cleaned. Noticed Police are there often too.. If something needs fixing it will be awhile to get fixed and you'll have to contact the manager to get updates a lot. All and all not the best place to live
I've lived here for a couple years and have been very satisfied. The property manager isn't in the office all the time because she has to be in court for evictions, etc. but she always returns my calls. The maintenance people are friendly, I've never had to wait more than a day or two to have a problem fixed once I reported it. The hallways can sometimes look a little messy. They don't seem to keep a regular cleaning staff but some of the tenants will do the cleaning to reduce their rent. The neighbors are friendly and the kids don't seem to have a problem finding a grassy area to play. The best part is the close proximity to shopping, restaurants, etc., and it's on the bus line. I've been very satisfied living here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable apartment.
Landlord doesn’t answer voicemails or emails. Have had numerous things wrong since day one and none of them have been fixed. No smoking indoor is on the contract but landlord doesn’t do anything about the people who do smoke inside. Mold, burnt carpets, and bee hive in the wall nothing get done
Management sucks and is NEVER in the office, maintenance people are rude, building is always trashed, can't have any outdoor play if you have kids, tree thats falling into the middle of the parking lot and no one takes care of it. I could go on and on about why living here sucks. Please save yourself the trouble and don't consider this an option when you are looking for a place to live.
I like these apartments. Not small, and quite roomy. Perfect for a family or a couple. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Resonable price too
It is a really great place to live. Extremely safe and spacious and clean and well kept. I love my apartment, rent is a little much but it comes with the location and how nice it is. Management has gone down hill recently, but it's nothing to move over. Overall, I love it.
