Property Ratings at Colonial Drive Apartments
The management is not taking the infestation seriously and is rather prioritizing keeping the pool maintained instead of the units free of german cockroaches. Management sent out a notice of mandatory monthly pest control and yet they never showed during the month of August (I have a ring camera door bell). Stay away if you can help it.
