Application
Very bad behavior from the office personnel, totally horrible. They always look for ways to charge you. Don't apply they gonna check your background and decline and charge you, unless you desperately want a bad experience

Horrible. Totally unprofessional people and waste of money.
This property management is very poor. If you ask them something, they will humiliate you immediately. Looks like they have hired some 2nd grader for their office. They have increased the price $300+ for every apartment without any renovations. Total crap.

Terrible office personnel, always looking for ways to grab money.
Very bad behavior from the office personnel, totally horrible, specifically Tyla. They always look for ways to charge you. Don't apply unless you desparately want a bad experience.

Projects of Colonial Park
Lazy Maintenance, Terrible office personnel, The grounds and common areas are disgusting. Always infected with roaches, mice ants Etc. Save yourself some money and move to the projects, Literally 1 in the same.

unprofessional poor customer service .
I visit the leasing office for information about leasing and the lady at the office it was unprofessional rude and not helpful and a big attitude. I will never come here to do my business especially to deal with a person like that. it's not worth my time if I show the other reviews how bad are those apartments and with the stuff as bad I'll recommend to nobody comes here.

Not worth the price
Low quality laundry room, dirty staircases and hallways that are never cleaned, and you can hear EVERYTHING! The only upside is that there’s decent space. They also jack up your rent the second your lease is renewed. Not worth it in my opinion. No way to treat your loyal tenants.

I can hear everything
This community is deceiving. From the outside looking in everything seems nice. Don't be fooled because the walls are thin, the front window doesn't open and it's a patch job of an apartment. Upside, the rooms are a nice side.
