The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Colonial Lawns Apartments
If you walk down to the left hand side garages you will see they are packed to the brim with beds, sofas, recliners, boxsprings, with little to no damage and I asked my self why would they have been left there , bed bugs this complex is a feeding and spreading frenzy for bedbugs. Both me and my neighbor that moved in here and have lived here less an 3 months had a case of these disgusting bugs
Awful place to live, would not recommend. The owner is a cheap owner who doesn't upgrade appliances when he needs to. The apartments are highly illegal to live in, and the manager named Larry is a terrible manager who is very lazy. 0/10
