COLONIAL PLAZA APARTMENTS

I really enjoy living at Colonial Plaza. It’s just the right size for me and my partner, cozy without feeling cramped. The big windows let in so much natural light, which makes the whole space feel bright and cheerful. We’ve set it up in a way that feels really personal, with little touches that make it our own. The location is super convenient, close to stores and everything we need, yet it’s still quiet enough to relax. We love the vibe of our living room; it’s our go-to spot to relax. The kitchen is small but functional, perfect for quick meals or experimenting with new recipes. It might not be a luxury place, but it’s home, and that’s what matters most to us. It’s a space we truly appreciate.

I like the apartments . The maintenance staff is wonderful. We need more amenities for the price we pay. Basketball court gym one small playground equipment storage units

Very comfortable place to live. Close to work and is quiet for the most part. Everything has been pretty good here at Colonial Plaza apartments.

I really like living here. The staff is awesome! Convenient location, quiet neighborhood. Fellow tenants are nice. Maintenance is taken care of very quickly. Lots of dog owners, so it's fun to see all the dogs.

It's close to everything on Youree Drive and nice apartments to live in. Office is friendly, and I love going on walks around the apartment. It has plenty of trees and two pools for the summer.

Best apartment complex in Shreveport Bossier City. The office and maintenance staff are incredibly professional at tentative friendly and the grounds are welcoming and always clean colonial Plaza centrally located to Shreveport perfect spot.

Good quiet community. Well maintained buildings and grounds. Friendly staff that treats you like family. Front office very receptive to thoughts and concerns.

I've really enjoyed my experience living here so far. It's nice being able to walk the neighborhood and be so close to so many cool places. I hope the value here stays the same for many years to come.

Great & safe place to live. The neighbors are friendly, so many beautiful pets in this community & I’m extremely happy that we have police officers living here.

I just moved in on 10/4 and everything has been great! This complex is very clean and quiet! Hilary was who I spoke with at the beginning and she got promoted and moved to a different property and now we have Miami and she is the sweetest! From the beginning everyone is welcoming and I just love the environment and the officers who have let me in my apartment twice now because I locked myself out have been super nice too! Would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been here for two years now and the staff is very nice. They work quickly on work orders and they are very understanding when it comes to individuals with special needs. Love it here.

It is very close to everything. The rent is affordable. Quiet community. Apartments are a decent size and great for the price. Love that it has two pools. Management is awesome!

It has been great. They are very quick to respond to issues. The noise is limited and amenities have been good. We have used the pool and it’s usually not busy.

Pretty good area of living. Very close to the shopping district and is a pretty safe area in Shreveport. The staff is very nice and makes sure to assist when available. The afterhours support is a little bit sluggish at times but when you need them for an emergency. They are able to be there within the hr Would recommend

This apartment complex provides a lot of amenities, has areas to swim, cook/bbq, and relax with friends and family. It also has a very nice sense of security and allows for you to live in a nice environment surrounded by many like yourself. The property manager Hilary is always available to us residents and is always helping people who are moving in or who have everyday questions. I'm excited to see what other amenities could be added to this complex (like a gym). Been here for 4 years now and I enjoy it.

I love living at Colonial Plaza Apartments! The people are fantastic, from the Manager to the maintenance director. I lived here 35 years ago and the place is as good as it has ever been.

The experience with the required application process went very smooth. The apartment was very clean. The grounds are kept up nicely. The move in was nice and easy with the wide staircase. I like the alerts on the door as reminders for upcoming maintenance.

It has been great, cheap, close to everything and nice amenities. Hilary in the office is extremely nice and helpful. I have enjoyed living here!

I really love it here. My neighbors are super nice. The staff is awesome. They always keep the property clean. The remodel is nice. Few things I’m not a fan of. The bathroom sinks and toilets. I’m the daughter of a plumber and those models are the worst for clogging I swear. Haha. Not a fan of squared sinks in bathrooms. The faucet clearance to sink isn’t big enough. Seems so close. Weird complaint I get it. Hahaha. That being said, I really do like it here. Rent is kinda pricey but manageable. Honestly I came back for the staff. They really take residents concerns seriously.

Experience has been great. I’ve been here six years to be exact. Under the management we have now, the atmosphere has been unmatched. I enjoy being here.

Management/facilities are great. They are friendly and courteous. Grounds are neat and free from debris. However, apartments are old and have loads of issues. The kitchen door had a gap between door and door frame, making it possible for bugs, cold or hot air to enter regularly. There is a weak spot in the floor next to the same door, that i feels like it will give in eventually. Cabinets weren't cleaned before they were repainted so spots and runs and or drippings can be seen beneath paint. Fixtures, window sills, under appliances weren't cleaned prior to move in, though cleaning now, it is difficult to remove dirt and grim that has been there for such long periods. Backdoor has something sticky on the knob that won't come off, no matter what I've tried to use. and the ventilation system in the apartment isn't up to par, as the apartment holds dust. Also, the pipes/showers make noise and shake when hot water is used with little to no cold water. It has to be the correct balance.

It’s a wonderful place to be it’s very quiet I love the environment my kids love it we all love it I highly recommend for anybody that’s looking for a nice quiet place to stay

Excellent feelings to become the part of this community. We Just joined couple of months ago for a limited time of about six months but here we are spending a memorable time. We hope our rest of the period will be more enjoyable with this specious community. We definitely refer our friends to prefer Colonial Plaza here in Shreveport.

I've lived all over the Shreveport/Bossier City area & Colonial Plaza has become my favorite. Its convenient location is the perfect spot for me. The office & maintenance staff are courteous, professional, friendly & get the job done. The Apartments grounds, pool area & office are an amenity within themselves. I love the rocking chairs!

Staff is always friendly, and the facility is always well kept. Maintenance is timely as well. It feels like a little cove tucked away from the rest of Shreveport.

I’ve attempted to call this office 5 times and visited 3 times in the last week. I haven’t spoken to or seen anyone during that time. If it’s this hard to get information about leasing I can imagine their responsiveness as a resident. No thank you.

I will definitely be renewing my lease, You get so much for the price. Location is great, The property is very nice and well kept, maintenance is friendly and shows up very fast no matter the time. Would recommend.
