Property Ratings at Colonial Twin Apartments
The only thing that works for these apartments is the price. 7320 has a cat lady who makes the whole building smell, recently building was sold to new owners and Cam is who they have in charge of payments several rent payments lost, there is a parking issue due to people having multi. cars (most broke down), only one washer and dryer for the whole building that only take credit/debit cards (no laundry card provided), nothing is fixed in a timely fashion. Gave 2 stars because the property manager is nice and he tries to be accommodating. In the end you get what you pay for which is a roof over your head for the price.
when I first moved into my apartment, I moved here because It was what I could afford living on my own and it was the best for the price. I have made it as homely as I can but it certainly dos not fit in with my personality! I rather be out then be at home because it is a dull building. no gyms, community rooms, events, etc.. Also over the last year there have been some "blemishes" that have started to appear as this is an older building. I would love to move to a building with a lot more to offer!
