Property Ratings at Colonial Village
Brenda and Elizabeth are the best they go out of their way to help their tenants they really make you feel like your family.
I love my apartment and the area it’s located. Management has changed a bit and I can always see the ladies out and about, working and getting things done.
The new company is getting things done. This company seems to care, the place is cleaner, the children have a place to play at. Staff is always available to answer any questions you have. The best is that I feel at home very comfortable, thank you for your kindness Colonial Village. Great Staff
During my nine years living in Colonial Village I have seen things go from good to bad and back to good. The present administration is excellent. Everyone in office from Brenda (receptionist/secretary) to Star (manager) are very professional and courteous and are willing to work with tenants. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The best part of living there was the wonderful people that I met and became friends with. I would recommend Colonial Village to anyone in need of an apartment.
the new management is absolutely horrible. they'll squeeze every penny out of you if you stay too long.
My apartment is very clean and in a safe enviroment with officers in almost every building with the Sherrifs Office and city Police department close by! I love how quiet it is here and everyone stays to themselves. Lantern Ridge is in the city so you could be around everything you need. Wal-Mart is less than a mile away and we just opened up a new store, Ross Dress For Less. We also have a Mcdonalds, Wendy's, Cookout and more! We have two gas stations very close by and more throughout the city. I love it here and I think you would too!
