Overall it’s good experience. Location is nearer to workplace, markets, malls. The only problem is loads of roaches and ants in the apartment ( inspite of keeping the apartment clean and performing roach treatment, it’s still there).

Been here for many years these last 2 years it's been a struggle here I feel like I have not been treated right I dread asking for things that is needed in my home this is not a good feeling.

I live my building and neighbors. I have had an amazing time so far at this apartment complex and the staff had been nothing but great. The only complaint I have is that the building is pretty dated, so things break often (ice machine, A/C, handles) and the appliances are a little old (all white) but other than that it’s really spacious and perfect. Location is convenient and there’s lots to walk to, I wouldn’t leave this general area though to be safe.

Been here going on 4 years, and had little to no BIG issues. Small things here and there, but they get fixed within the next day (for the most part.) Good experience for a big complex

Awesome so far love the me apartment, we are for sure gonna stay here for at least 3 years. The B5 is the best in my opinion especially for the price. The pool is cool very nice basic gym and the dog park is fantastic

moved in recently, everythings really nice here. AC works good, apartment is spacious and clean, walls are a little weathered down from age. neighbors are nice, tho been seeing some dog poop and pee outside of apartment doors and on the stairs in my building kind of gross, victoria at the front was super helpful and nice when i was signing the lease and moving in id recommend this place

It seems to always be a battle with management when we are in need of something for our unit and I believe we should not have to be go through this sometimes I don't want to ask for things that are needed because of this.

Overall experience is good. The best part is all the necessary stores are nearby. It’s closest to usaa headquarter which is also good part. But the management should do something about the pest control. There are roaches in and around the apartment inspite of keeping the apartment clean they are roaming around.

First couple days being here and me and my boyfriend love it! It’s such a nice place with a lot of space and staff is so friendly! They are always available to answer questions we need.

The pool is always clean they stay up to date on cutting & trimming the bushes and grass honestly good apartment for your first time getting one neighbors are nice and it’s quiet at night no issues at all

Everything is pretty good here. Maintenance is done quickly but sometimes takes a few trips. The pool is nice, grounds are kept well but it needs a good power wash. They just did the hallways of the buildings but the sidewalks and some rock walls need a good cleaning
Been here for almost 4 years. Had minimal problems with our stay/unit. I think more security measures could be improved/taken to improve the overall outlook on the complex. More dumpsters could be added to reduce the overflow in the trash. Great prices for the location and added amenities
I've been here a few months, so far so, good, nice community, lots of things to do, such as eating, grocery and night life. I really appreciate the really clean pool and the secure mailboxes.

Great location with easy access to I-10. Quiet gated community. Weekly food truck's. The apartment unit square foot is bigger than the average new construction apartments in 2024 for the same price.
No control on dog owners who do not comply on lease policy for animals ( poop) owner does not pk up after dog??just carries green bag pretending to use it but does not . Also all pets not on a leash ??
it’s a nice community and rather quiet. I’ve lived in the complex for almost ten years. The appliances are not updated in my unit, and it is hard to get a replacement which is the only reason for minus a star. But everyone is very nice and I would not consider moving as I am very happy here and the rent is reasonable (although it has gone up consistently)
Beautiful area, hidden from the stress of the outside world. Very welcoming community. Couldn't be happier to say this is my first apartment. Great choice 10/10
Maintenance is always swift with completing their work orders. They have never taken more than 24 hours to address my request. They have always been professional and courteous in completing their task.

My family and I just moved to Texas and we took a chance and went through the leasing process without first looking at the property. It was all based on what we saw online on the website. We are very happy with our apartment and the customer service that we have received since being here is great. I especially want to shout out Victoria for being very kind, professional, and attentive. I would recommend to others!
Great place to live. Only wish there was a small playground for kids. The units are very spacious and staff are great too. Parking does suck at least for building 2 & 4
I am going on my 4th year in the community and I am still absolutly in love with it. My only concerns are the increasing number of dogs walking around with no leash or their owners just letting them wander around and not picking up after them along with trash being left outside for days and the absolute disrespectful level of noise from people that live above myself or around me. I truly enjoy this community but its declining quixkly and it saddens me
It’s good overall. All the markets are nearby also the hospitals and schools. Leasing office staffs are very helpful and polite all the time.

It has its pros and cons, the apartment itself is pretty big but there's a lot that brings it down. No one ever cleans up the dog poop, nothing will be done about crazy neighbors who always have the police called on them and there are a lot of imperfections with the home (cracking wall/paint, gates NEVER work, and there is always water shut off it gets real tiring after a while. But pretty affordable so take your pick with all that in mind.
Would love it if maintenance could fix things correctly but they instead leave things half finished and there is no communication whatsoever. It used to be great when i first moved in ( so much so that i re newed the lease twice ) now its not in the cards after lease expires ,the whole community is falling apart now ( not at all about insects ) but how they handle the peoples needs . My rent is always paid so i expect to be living in functional inviroment . Dog poop all around as well . So much to address .
These apartments could be better if units would get some upgrades and management would be more concerned and caring about residents. The units are old and carpeting needs attention as well as wear and tear.
I’ve had a great time living at the colonnade these past few months and the complex has exceeded all my expectations and has been phenomenal.
Quiet neighbors & attentive, fast maintenance are my favorite things so far after being here 2 months. Office staff are respectful and pleasant.

It’s a really nice place with a pool that’s open all seasons and beautiful scenery with trees and pathways. Many places within walking distance too including a grocery store and some restaurants. Even a UPS store. It’s really nice if you don’t have a car. It’s not perfect like any place but for the price, it’s really well taken care of.
Roaches, red ants and mosquitoes everywhere inspite of keeping the kitchen and other area clean. Every other day there is no water because of some maintenance and almost whole day gets waste.
I am very neutral about my opinion living here. I used to have very positive feelings. Positives my neighbors are pretty chill. The maintenance team is a lot better than any of my previous apartments.
We lucked out with a great neighbor and building but the office manager is really rude when communicating and always acts like she is too busy to answer our questions or hear some feedback. The maintenance team has always been the biggest issue.

Very fair pricing. Haven’t had any major issues, and if we did, they were fixed that same Day, or the next. More garbage disposals would be ideal for the tenants.
