My apartment very obviously hadn't been cleaned since there were spiders and tons of cobwebs even inside, and things like earrings and cat food on the floor, dirt rings inside the toilets, but that's stuff that's fixable, and so far, I love it here.

Gate needs to be fixed. Front office needs better communication, they don't answer the phone. Other than that I don't mind staying hereby til we find something better.

Management and maintenance are great but this particular unit has had its fair share of issues. Maintenance and management has been very swift about getting these issues rectified, but as a renovated unit, majority of the issues should not be.

I have been living here for approximately two years, every time it comes for me to renew my lease the rent increase. In my two years living here, it has increased to $250.00. I have had sewer backing up in my tub. When I moved in here, the walls were not painted, no new appliances, and they refused to give me a new appliance, they always reply with you can move into a new update apartment, I never in my entire life hear of that before. Everything about the previous reviews is true.

Living here as been a bit rough especially since we haven’t had working AC for about 6-7 months. Someone keep breaking in cars and I still have a bullet hole in the wall of my apartment from a random shooter.

Don’t ever move here if you care about timely maintenance. In just one case I waited over a month for the maintenance man to “order” me dishwasher bc mine gave out. I ended up with a disgusting one from another unit. It was so nasty I haven’t used it after it was installed.

Slow on getting Maintainence request taken care of
Horrible experience since I've been here. No such thing as a timely competent repair. During the summer I've had to stay at a hotel on more than 1 occasion due to not having working ac.

It can be a lot better.. Offcie doesnt answer the phones or emails.. Ive sent many emails, some are the same about situations going on and no response. I would not recommend Bristol park apartments at the moment..

I have been a resident here for five years. It’s a great community to live in, but I am fed up with never being able to contact the leasing office via phone or in person when I need to handle business! It is extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with! Today is Sunday, which is my only day off of work! The hours are 12-4pm, so why isn’t there anyone at the office?!!!!!!!!
