Leasing agents are unprofessional leasing agent jaela decided she was going to contact me about a review.. here’s another one .. throw the entire company away. Better business bureau weren’t able to reach them either. The phone is always disconnected and they don’t return phone calls. Still waiting on my money and several others. It’s been a year and still no money .

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! When I first moved here last year I wasn’t in my apartment a month before my dryer went out and it took over a month to get it fixed. This is about to be mg second year living out here and I put in a workout order for my ac because it wasn’t getting cool anymore and on that Monday one of the maintenance guys came into my apartment to see what was wrong with it I was told 3 different things was wrong with it and here it is almost a month later and my ac STILL not fixed and they won’t prorate my rent for the month of august due this issue. Rental office NEVER answers the phone nor keep you updated as to what is going on when things go wrong inside your apartment.

When I first moved here this community was gated and I feel like we were paying for this in our rent OUR COMMUNITY IS NO LONGER GATED and my rent is the same. Sometimes I have to call 2 and 3 times for maintenance to come fix my items and when they finally get here THEY BLAME ME for their cheap appliances breaking. Currently there’s a huge wasps nest in the hallway and HUNDREDS of wasps in the hall I’m scared to even walk out of my apartment. My experience has been horrible. I am miserable here.

I have been staying here for 6-7 months now and enjoyed staying here up until my 3rd month. My A/C stop working and it has been 3 months now that I have not had working A/C in my apartment. Upon initially reporting this issue, I was inform by the leasing agents that their manager will not approve to have my A/C fix until spring because it was winter and they had more pressing heating issues to attend to. Although the maintenance team has been trying to attend to this matter for 3 weeks now, I am still without A/C. In fact, the maintenance team supervisor informed me that he is not sure what the problem is after ordering a few different parts and lack the experience to fix this issue, which is unbelievable. I have tried to be patient but this is ridiculous and I have never seen this kind of negligence or issues out of all the apartments I have lived at. I am very unhappy how this matter have been handled from the very beginning and expect better out of the managers/supervisors of this community. I have to keep my windows open and it gets so noisy at times that I am unable to rest or sleep. No paying tenant should have to go without A/C for 3 months under no circumstances.

I recently went through the application process. The apartment community had everything I was looking for. I was approved on a Wednesday and once I spoke with a representative from the community on Thursday I was given a unit on the 3rd floor and I accepted it for the time being. Less than 72 hours later on Saturday morning we called the office to inquire about the refund/cancellation policy. The representative that we spoke with stated that we had 7 days to cancel and that the application fee of 50.00 was non refundable but the150.00 administration fee was. However when I returned to the property on Monday to cancel the Manager Kayla told me that the new employee gave me bad information and the company cancelation policy is 72 hours. The Employee J... was very forthcoming, honest and accepted full responsibility for her mistake. I could have easily canceled on Saturday which was whith in the 72 hour window had I known this. The Matrix company has refused to issue me a refund despite the mistake by their employee. I would never expect this from the outside looking in. The community is very appealing but don’t judge a book by its cover. I’ve tried to call corporate and they won’t return my phone calls. I’m totaly shocked that such a nice place conducts business like this over 150.00 “administration fee”. I’m very disappointed in this company and wouldn’t recommend them unless under New Management.

Moved in about a year ago, signed a 15 month lease and counting down the days until I can leave. It's a beautiful complex in a horrible location. I've heard gun shots multiple times, constantly hear sirens up and down Jeff Davis, and there IS a train nearby even though management told me there wasn't. Parking is a joke, there aren't enough spaces to cover the residents who live there so people began to park along the curbs, there seems to be only two dumpsters on the property, which are always displaying a tall mountain of trash, that prevents us from opening the windows in our apartment because the smell is always horrific. Maintenance is sub par at best, they will say the completed something when they actually didn't. Rent is absurdly high for minimal square footage, there is absolutely no storage space in the kitchen/living room/bathrooms. The color choices of trim and floor in bathroom show every piece of dust so it is impossible to keep clean, the washer/dryer combo is worse than I had at my 300 year old university. The only plus is the the management does listen to complaints and they do try to remedy the situation/problem but unfortunately their efforts have been unsuccessful. I am ready to leave and will not, ever, be back. Also, the "gated" community is a joke, 90% of the time the gates are broken or causing traffic jams at the entrance because non-residents are trying to figure out how to get in. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this complex/property group in general.
