Love this property
Everything in the apartment, the hallways, the structure is beautiful!! I wouldn't change anything about its character! The workout room could be updated...the equipment is older and the belts on the treadmill get stuck, and the one bike doesn't even work. The other bike works but the foot strap is broken. I think a few weights for in this room would help or a TRX machine would be nice for arm workouts. Also, the public washer and dryers make your clothes dirty and you spend a bunch just doing this process (usually have to dry clothes 2x to get them completely dry, which is more money). However, there are hook-ups in the apartments for washer/dryer...which we now have so I highly recommend having your own! Also, never ever ran into a mice or insect issue with Colorworks apartments and I live on the third floor and my friend lives on the first floor...no issues ever. Highly recommend these apartments.
