Right on the northeast corner of Madison and less than half an hour from downtown, Sun Prairie is an idyllic suburb with a unique personality all its own. Property Ratings at Colorado Commons - 143 N Wildwood St
Brand new building that doesn’t seem to be built very well. Ceiling are cracking, cabinets doors fell off, and sink fell through. They are not super timely in responses. Car break in had happen and they handle the situation with little to no communication or any reassurance on what they are doing to keep this a safe environment.
I moved into Colorado Commons 2 months ago and have nothing but good things to say. Great location, and a really spacious apartment. Love it!
Colorado Commons has created a space to easily call home. It’s quiet, clean, with responsive management. The unit itself is upscale and well designed for having a roommate and feeling spacious yet private. The complex is well lit at night, perfect for walking a dog and feeling safe. Management has addressed the parking situation. It was becoming difficult finding a parking spot and now there’s plenty of parking available for tenants. For visitors- there is a quiet street with low traffic flow near the building. Thanks Colorado Commons for your dedication to your tenants.
Property has no guest parking and even though the parking lot is empty they will still tow any car that does not have a pass. Expect to pay high fines
