Kind of a bad neighborhood
The area is less than 10 minutes from downtown Dallas. Inside, apartments are small, the laminate on the floors always comes up, and there is a real bug/roach problem. Also the parking in the back of the building (which is the only place for parking) is ridiculously small with large yellow poles to park between. My old car, along with almost all of the others in the parking lot at the time had scratched paint marking along the sides of our cars because the poles are so close.
