Property Ratings at Columbia Apartments Yakima
New owner showed up at my door with a kid and a paper telling me to fill it out with all my information and mail it with rent and don't accept postmarked no on-site management now garbage is overflowing and was told they didn't know there was a card machine in the foyer of the house so we can't do laundry. Tweekers already are lurking waiting for the old manager to move.
