Though Boise is home to over 200,000 residents, the city still feels like one of the country’s best-kept secrets. As the state capital of Idaho, Boise’s downtown district is filled with grandiose government buildings and historic storefronts, offering an eclectic mix of international restaurants, specialty shops, and entertainment venues. This city features a thriving arts scene with local gems like the Boise Art Museum, the museum’s seasonal Art in the Park festival, and the historic Egyptian Theatre.
This city features an array of excitement, but it’s also a relaxing suburbia that’s perfect for families. Excellent public schools and Boise State University call this capital city home, along with kid-friendly fun like the Zoo Boise and the Discovery Center of Idaho.

Property Ratings at Columbia Village
I love the location … ever since Roundhouse took over .. the apt buildings have NOT. been POWERRWASHED .. they are disgusting!! They used to be cleaned every year.. I do not blame the maintenance team for this ..

Hello, We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you love the location. We understand your concern about the cleanliness of the apartment buildings. We strive to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all our residents. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Julie and all the staff were great help from the start of the application all the way to the day we got the keys to our new apartment. They made the move-in process very transparent and made sure that I felt very comfortable with everything. Couldn’t say enough about community and staff at The Columbia Village Apartments.

Hi, we're thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience with our team and found the move-in process to be transparent and comfortable. Your kind words about our staff and community at The Columbia Village Apartments are greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Best Regards, The Columbia Village Team
My apartment is older and not yet remodeled yet I still pay rent! I shouldn’t be treated this way. Many things are broken. It was not cleaned properly. I have to call over and over just to get anybody to do something and then usually I’m told it’s in the system. They are working on it. It’s a joke!

Columbia Village has been a great place to live for some time and I have enjoyed the community in all aspects. It is convenient to work, shopping, dining and is always well maintained.
I truly appreciate Columbia Village team staff for their prompt services, great customer service, and community newsletter. Communication from the start was super great!
It seems very nice so far and the staff have always been very helpful.
Very peaceful environment for the most part. Lovely place to live.
I have lived at Columbia Village for the last ten years and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences of being here.
The staff and maintenance team at stellar! I love living in Columbia Village because it feels like I love in a community and not just a apartment complex.
This property has amazing views and the staff is great!
Excellent professional staff. Great grounds maintenance, quiet, safe environment.
Columbia Village Apartment has several amenities including fitness center, swimming pool and a hot tub and is strategically located at the South Federal and Hwy21 near Micron and right next to Columbia Market Place that has every type of stores, Albertsons, Dominos, Subway and also a Stinker Gas station and Idaho Liquor
One of the things I really love about Columbia village is they do newsletters and resident events and they make us feel like actual people and not just their money pit this is an amazing place to live and beautiful views beautiful apartments you couldnt ask for better
From day one of speaking with management during our apartment search they were zero pressure and so helpful! Always responded in a timely manner and happy to answer questions and do what they could for us!
I've enjoyed my stay at the Columbia Village apartments. Response to any issues has been excellent and the place is VERY quiet considering the number of people living at the complex. I highly recommend it.
They maintain these old apartments so badly that you end up with issues frequently. Management doesn’t care once you sign the lease. Fees are ridiculously high. No value add is given to residents. Even the view is charged. I’ll suggest arrive skyline new homes for the same price for the same proximity from micron.
Want great views, wildlife and places nearby, but easy access to the freeway and grocery stores? Columbia Village is perched on a rim overlooking the Boise valley and there's a reason it's so popular. This place is wonderful.
Community and location is good. But expect the unnecessary charges for wear & tear items/unexpected rent hike percentage/garage charges
Snakes, bugs and poorly maintained apartments. Unsuitable for kids.
The new management is the worse. They never return your call and when called out on errors they say they will look into it but never do. They just look for sneaky ways to take your money. Avoid at all costs!
Negatives : - Maintenance is very poor. The issue is almost never resolved at one go - Old building with very old appliances - Staff are mostly polite, but do not always take responsibility or accountability. Positives : - Quite a few amenities close by (Groceries, Gas & Food Outlets) - Very close to the Freeway - Calm locality (not very noisy) I have been staying here for a little over 7 months and the only reason I chose to continue staying here is because of the proximity to my workplace (Micron). However, with the poor attitude of the management towards maintenance of the property, I may not continue to stay beyond my lease. The only thing great about this complex is its locality!
If you are looking for a scenic view along with a peaceful atmosphere, this is the place! Only minutes from downtown, and walking distance from a grocery store and places to eat! With a newly remodeled clubhouse and convenient workout room with sauna, you will be ready to call it home. Relax in the pool during the summer or lounge poolside. You will feel welcome as soon as you walk into the office and meet the friendly staff. It's a cozy place to call home in the midst of the city of Boise! Melody R, Boise, ID
