Garner/Fuquay Varina is a suburban area just south of the state’s capital city. Several major roads intersect in town making it great for commuters, and large shopping centers, peaceful neighborhoods, and sprawling golf courses make the area great for families as well. White Oak Crossing, a shopping mall equipped with stores and a variety of eateries, is conveniently located off the Interstate 40 and Highway 70 junction. Residents can also travel a short distance north to get to highly rated restaurants and shops found in Downtown Raleigh.

very fairly priced. the staff was nice and very helpful. I have been here for 4 months and have not seen a single bug. the only problem I have is that the elevator has been down more than I would expect but that isn't really something they can control.

This is my second year with this property and the stafffffff is amazing ! Whenever there is a problem in my apartment they are always on top of it. Eric, Felix and Jessica have been lifesavers !

This property is aesthetically pleasing but prepare for extremely thin walls, little to no parking spaces available (depending on which building you’re in), and valet trash that doesn’t get picked up on time. Hopefully if you have decent neighbors you will only hear a little bit of stomping, but get on the top floor and you don’t have to worry about that as much. Good luck.
