Big Mistake
These are probably the cheapest apartments in Panama City and you'll realize why your 1st week here. The apartments are so nasty... Roaches, mold, carpet smells of urine and mildew, rotten wood frame, crumbling floor tile, plumbing doesnt work half the time; leaking, windows leaking. And they will never fix anything!!!! Word of advice; learn Florida's Landlord/Tenant statues, you're going to want to leave within a few weeks.

Big Mistake
These apartments are one of the cheaper apartments around Panama City and you will find out very quickly why they are so cheap. A doghouse is cleaner then these apartments! Mold, roaches, carpet smells old and like pee, rotted wood frame, crumbling tile floor, plumbing doesn't work like it should, hot water heater and air conditioning must be 60 yrs old, utilities are very high. Management is such a joke, they'll never fix anything. Word of advise; learn Florida's statue on Landlord/Tenant laws! You'll want to move after a month. I just moved to Florida and in a hurry for an apartment. When she showed me the apartment I was told that the previous tenant moved out suddenly and they haven't cleaned/fixed/replaced yet but if I take the apartment, she would "fix" everything that needed done. After a few weeks I asked about the repairs. It was then I realized I made a huge mistake.
