Spacious floor plans at a great price in a phenomenal location, can’t beat that! Loving the amenities and the knowledgeable & reliable staff.

Only have been living here about a couple of weeks now and it’s nice and peaceful and the neighbors and office people are friendly! I like that there are events hosted here for the community I have never seen an apartment complex do that before it’s very interesting.

Everyone in the office was very kind and super helpful! The application and move in process was also pretty simple. The amenities are great as well!

This apartment complex is not only beautiful on the inside and out, but so are the people. We were treated so kindly and felt so welcomed. This moving experience was the best one I have ever had.

The office staff is friendly and accommodating! The neighborhood is quiet and the resident events are great! I have been here for almost three years now

Great staff in office is very helpful and friendly. The few neighbors I have saw on grounds seem nice and polite. Love all the things to do on the property.

The leasing office staff is always great. They answer any questions when needed and are very friendly. The units are spacious and comfortable.

My experience so far is great. I’ve met a few neighbors on the same floor as me. The environment is great and I’m pleased with my apartment setup as well.

Comet Westgate super friendly and very helpful with everything. 1 bedroom is very spacious and cozy. Enough room 1 or 2 people to share a space.

So far so good. Staff are very welcoming. No complaints so far. Rooms are very spacious and in great condition. Hoping it continues to stay this way!!

Very nice apartments, the layout is an open concept and is beautiful with larger rooms than usual for an apartment. The staff is very helpful and are always making sure that stuff is taken care of.

I have only been here a month but so far the management has been very good to deal with and the maintenance crew responded to my one concern and promptly fixed the problem.

Staff is very friendly, community is overall friendly, love the pool and gym. Parking is made easy, communication has never been a problem at all

it’s an awesome place to be everybody’s friendly. The neighbors are great and I highly recommend the gym. the best part about everything is the staff that work at this establishment they’re all caring and loving and if there’s anything wrong, it’s like they do it. Same day to get it fixed. I love this place.

We have loved being here. The staff is always amazing! All the amenities that are offered are great to use and we continue to learn new things in the complex!

The amenities are awesome, the apartments themselves are very cute. I love how big the bedrooms are! My only complaint is that the walls are kind of thin between apartments so you will be able to hear your neighbors.

Major roach infestation upon move in and unit was extremely dirty. That said, employees are very kind and attentive. They have offered to move me to another building - I’m only 3 weeks in to my lease.

Everyone is very friendly. Garbage pickup is good. Management keeps us informed . Only one thing is the living room could be brighter. I believe it is because of the overhang.

Love living here! The location is convenient and close to everything. Nice amenities. My only complaint would be about some of the neighbors and the marijuana smells that can travel to apartments from neighbors

Fantastic staff and I love my apartment! The pool is big and has a lap side to it! They also, have security going 24/7 so it makes me feel safe while I am home!

I absolutely love it here. I have been here for five years and will continue to live here for many more years. The staff and amenities are amazing!

Front desk is always helpful had a couple of problems but they always help out parking is a little tight overall a nice place to stay would recommend

First impression of the apartment is fantastic, it is in super nice condition and the AC works great!!! With that the amenities are also in marvelous conditions from the pool to the gym.

My experience as a resident at comet Westgate drive is great, .I love the neighborhood and neighbors. The staff members in office are friendly and knowledgeable.

Such a dog friendly community! The pool is a great amenity and the club house always has free beer! You can't go wrong living here:) There is also free popsicles in the summer!

The staff is always very prompt to address any questions or concerns, and maintenance has always been prompt and thorough. The pool is always neat, orderly, and well-maintained. The office staff also is prompt to address any schedule changes for Trash Butler when service is influenced by national holidays.

The floor plan is very open and the way it was designed you can't hear noise from the neighbors. Everyone is friendly and I feel very safe living here. We have had some issues with pest and that is why I am giving it a 3 star but the office manager Leigh has been working very hard to get this issue taken care for us and I appreciate that they are working on the issue and not just looking the other way and not doing something about it like other apartment complex would do. They also have a lot of community get together like taco Tuesday, food trucks, cook outs, etc. It is a very nice place to live.

My apartment was not ready for move in. The apartment still needed to be cleaned. I had to wait 3 hours. After it was cleaned, I was impressed with the work done.

This is my third year living here and I truly love my apartment. The finishes are nice and love the amount of space we have, especially for the price. The amenities are great, and the staff is very friendly.

Management has always been helpful! Most maintenance requests are answered that day and the team is always nice. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Dog- friendly.

Every process this far, from the tour process, to the move in process has been a breeze. The team at Comet has been kind, knowledgeable, attentive and the community itself top class at a very competitive price.

Comet Westgate is a wonderful community. I have been here 4 1/2 years and there have been many changes to the neighborhood around us. Local homeowners hate apartment complexes. Not everyone wants or can own a house. Comet Westgate provides more amenities for their residents than owners HOA’s. The staff provides opportunities to help local charities like food banks and schools. I would highly recommend Comet Westgate to anyone looking for an apartment.

I've been here 2 years and haven't had any problems at all. It quiet with lots of amenities and pet friendly!I've truly enjoyed living here.

The community seems great and the facilities and units are clean and well managed. The only thing I’m not a fan of is you can’t access the clubhouse as a resident after hours. That restricts you from using certain “amenities” to times only when the office is open, including them closing for lunch or whatever the case may be during the middle of the day. As working class it’s a bummer to have limited access at all to the clubhouse after “working hours”.

Everyone is so nice here! only con is parking spots! Other than that i like be living here the employees at the front desk are amazing!!!!!!

Really nice staff and complex. Quiet but has enough going on to stay entertained. Wish the club house was open later on weekdays. I can swim in the pool but cant play pool? Doesn't make much sense to me, also was not told that prior to signing the lease. Also if someone lives above you, you'll hear them walk and flush the toilet.

People are respective of each other and their privacy. No noise complaints from outside. Maintenance is top notch, and office personnel are very responsive to inquires. We appreciate the community events like the recent hamburger & hotdog cookout. Grounds are kept clean and manicured.

Clean, safe environment. The trash butler service is extremely convenient. One of my favorite perks. I also enjoy the free outdoor activities.

We liked living here. We loved the quiet neighborhood and all the walking trails. The maintenance staff is amazing and always go above and beyond.

Staff was perfect . They were always very helpful . Also there was a nature trail across the street that was just amazing especially for taking the dog for walks

This place is a great place to live and a very dog friendly community! There are monthly activities in the clubhouse which make it fun to meet your neighbors.

Great apartments. It's nice and quiet. I feel I have chosen the right place to live long-term. I never feel unsafe and the front desk has great customer service. Everyone is nice. I love the amenities and I look forward to my continued stay here.

We love the atmosphere at comet. The staff is amazing! Maintenance is on top of everything and the office workers are extremely friendly. The apartment floor plans are also really nice.

Nice amenities. The 2 bedroom floor plan is the best anywhere by far. Maintenance is responsive and helpful. Close to everything you need. Only downside is the noise levels. It’s getting worse every month. From the people in the building to the people hanging around outside.

Staff is friendly and professional. Amenities are very nice and well-maintained. Maintenance responds quickly to maintenance issues with good results. Insects can sometimes be bothersome.

I love living at Comet Westgate!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel safe here and there is a lot of amenities. It's mostly quiet and the apartment floor plans are the best I have ever seen in any apartment.

The best community, love the staff and the area is perfectly located. I love being able to walk my dogs in the community and have many trails to go on. All the stores are around the corner.
