Renovations are improving quality of community
I think it is hard for everyone in this economy. Our rent had also increased but, the new Property Manager and staff have invested it back to the residents in the form of renovations, pressure washing, brand new paint on all the buildings, new lighting in hall ways, updated blinds. I hope it continues and that the residents will also take pride in taking care of their community.

Very poor property
This property has has a poor property manager & corporate company. There’s no maintenance men to fix broken things in your apartment, they all quit on the spot due to poor management. There’s trash everywhere.. I mean everywhere!! Cops are here almost every night, neighbors are loud & inconsiderate at all hours of the day and night. I got my car broken into here a year ago. You give a complaint about neighbors noise levels to management and they do not do anything about it. Mailboxes here were vandalized for months and we couldn’t get mail. There’s also pest control issues...I can’t wait for my lease to be up and get out of here.

The customer service here is the worst
This place is terrible. Do not move in here. Its been on year and they still have not fixed my A/C.

Commander Place
Commander Place is being my first apartment i definitely had a great experience. Great an quiet neighborhood the only poor its that they have poor costumer service and take forever to fix a problem. I really hope i can find a place where be welcome but also helped with my house living.
