Marilyn is professional and really talks to you in a way you can understand. Was very patient with my elderly mother. What a joy to experience such a nice lady. The community looks real nice now that it's under new management.
Marilyn did exceptional job explaining to me, all of my options and touring the property. Her customer service alone has made me put this property at the top of my list as I make my decision to move. She answered all my questions, and took the time to ensure I completely understood. She was happy to help me, and that is rare to find nowadays.
Honestly have no complaints thus far. Armon in the office has been a huge help with all of questions/concerns.

I was in need of a new place and the leasing office was quick to help me out. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. The location is perfect for me! Seeing the sunsets on the water is my favorite. I’m looking forward to my stay here.
Very disappointed with this apartments I get lie after lie. I moved on june 17 and there was no washer and dryer in my unit as stated everywhere turns out they have to do all the work to install them the pluming and everything. After almost a month and a half of living here still not have them they took their time doing the work and now just waiting on the washer and dryer. Last excuse was that they have to come from across the water and there was traffic that they will come today which they did not .
