Located several miles west of the Sacramento International Airport, Woodland is a beautiful suburb great for renters of all ages. Nicknamed the City of Trees, Woodland is primarily an agricultural region and is the largest crop producer in California, which plays a major role in the town’s economy. Great Property
There is a great staff that gets work orders done promptly and nice neighbors. The property is clean and well kept. I would have given it 5 stars except for the lack of security, as that would be a plus to have. I like the area too. All around welcoming.

Excellent location for very affordable rent.
After having lived in the San Francisco area this location was a breathe of fresh air to me and my partner. The location is safe and there is an abundance of street parking. Less then a mile to go for all needs and many shopping options within walking distance. Small town vibe straight out of the movies. Extremely helpful staff if you take the time to detail any concerns you have they will address it.
