Our friends, Tracy, Heather and Nancy are the friendliest and most helpful Apt. Managers I have ever had. When my washer went out it was fixed the next day. Any problems, which were RARE, were handled in a prompt and professional manner. They cheered up almost everyday and if I could I would live here forever.

Reasonable price for what is provided. Prime location to points of relevance, some by foot, other by car. Very friendly and supportive Office and maintenance staff.

Traci, Nancy, and Heather have been absolutely phenomenal and have gone ABOVE and beyond their job title in this move on process. They have truly welcomed me in like family! My apartment was clean and feels cozy. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and everyone is pretty friendly and keeps to themselves. Also in a very convenient location in town! So grateful for finding my perfect new little home.

If you are sensitive to mold or mildew or have relevant allergies, please find another place other than Compass. Its management had been informed, but the concerns were dismissed. Its maintenance responded fast, but it had to be called multiple times. It isn't worth it, especially if you are not accustomed to living in such conditions.

Office is very understanding with every situation, and I'm sad to leave. I usually don't write reviews but compass defiantly deserves a good one! I live downstairs, and I believe the buildings used soundproof instillation because I rarely ever hear my neighbors upstairs or next door. The renovations are beautiful, However there was still water damage in the cabinets when we moved in, and maybe were done in a rush? I've had multiple calls to maintenance and they are always here and fixed what I needed fixed, and he even let me know what to do in the future to prevent it happening again(garbage disposal stopped working due to my own mistake). Its not perfect but I've lived in many apartments in my life and compass has been the best one by far. I never knew I needed a remote for my lights but man has it been convenient. The pool is good, the gym is nice, the tennis court is nice , and having the park behind us has been a huge plus! If I wanted to stay in this part of Florida I would not leave compass!

Ya, don't expect any kind of quiet when you try to sleep. Some neighbors seem to think they live near a sports stadium with how loud they are. The property owners seem to be done trying to solve this problem. When they tell you it is quiet, they are lying. Do not come here if you are a student or working and need your sleep.

A couple months ago, this review would have looked totally different. I moved into Saratoga about seven months ago and had absolutely no problems under the previous management. I could not say enough good things about this place - it was clean, communication was good, and maintenance was quick and effective. Since becoming Compass Apartment Homes, this complex has become a considerably worse place for me to live. The new management introduced mandatory "upgrades", including paying a flat rate for water rather than charging by utilization, that raised my rent over $100 a month mid-lease. They are also implementing mandatory renovations that have required me to clear out my kitchen and bathroom for the past three weeks with almost no progress. I have dishes, toiletries, and food spread out around my apartment, making it difficult to cook and get ready in the morning, with no end in sight. If my apartment is not cleared out when the workers come, I can expect a non-compliance fee on top of rent that is already more than I agreed to pay. Finally, it seems that the new management is neglecting to keep up with the regular care, because the recycling bins and trash have been overflowing and I regularly see cockroaches. I'd like to reiterate that before it became Compass, I had no problems and had never so much as seen a bug. Now I'm paying more for an apartment that is dirtier and less comfortable, and when I tried to voice my concerns to the office, they told me they would speak to the manager and he or she would call me back. No one ever called me back and that was two weeks ago. I am not a difficult person to please and I really don't like to complain, but this was the first apartment I rented on my own and I don't want anyone else to make the same mistakes I did.
