The office staff is friendly and helpful! The move-in process was easy. There was constant communication and always someone to answer questions. The community is beautiful with many amenities. It is safe and at a great location.

I love it here. I feel safe and the location is perfect. The library and food shopping is in walking distance. There are trails to walk and I can walk to downtown Newark and the university of Delaware campus.

After a year of being here, I still recommend the Compass. Amazing staff and amenities. My only nitpick is that I wish the pool hours were extended, but other than that, the Compass is amazing!

As always the staff at the Grove is amazing & caring, we had a disruption with our heater in the very early morning on a cold day so I placed a call to the 24 hour maintenance number. I received a call back within 6 minutes by a polite gentleman who gave me clear instructions on what to do and assured me he would be there first thing in the morning. Promptly at 9am he arrived, made the necessary adjustments, cleaned up, & it was completed . Just another wonderful experience that gives me gratitude for the wonderful staff & a beautiful living experience at Compass at the Grove. Thank you!!

I love it here! It’s been nearly 5 months for us and we have no complaints at all. It’s safe, clean, neighborhood and management are polite and friendly, the clubhouse rocks, the walls of the apartments are well isolated so you can barely hear anyone, the maintenance staff is very efficient, and the events offered by Compass are a great addition to our experience while living here.

Compass at the Grove is a wonderful place to live. I never had a problem once. It's quiet, people are very nice and the staff is great. The amenities are phenomenal and I love that they do events. Very safe since you can't enter the building without a key fob. Only downside is it is really expensive.

When I walk into the leasing office, I’m immediately aware of the ‘How can we help you?’ atmosphere. All questions, requests, and problems are handled with respect and timeliness. The maintenance staff is responsive and skilled - and can recommend good local restaurants, too. Our concierge is the jewel in the crown of Compass at the Grove. She’s in three places at a time: managing our excessive Amazon deliveries with grace; greeting residents by name; joking with our favorite custodian; helping a kid catch a bus; and lending an ear when we find ourselves needing a friend. The grounds are beautiful and there’s always something in bloom. The common areas and building interiors are impeccably maintained every day and the outdoor shared spaces are well thought out with dozens of gas grills and seating areas. For a special evening, head to the rooftop terraces with friends. Fill the built-in refrigerator with refreshments and light the grills. Watch the sun set. It doesn’t get much better!

This complex offers a lot of wonderful services like a trash shoot in the building for higher floors, concierge package pickup, and an incredible fitness facility! I would recommend having some sanitizing wipes for the fitness area for cleaning in between uses. Additionally, the staff and maintenance are very knowledgeable and friendly!

Love it here! Staff members are always helpful and residents are friendly. Beautiful facility too! Amenities include an amazing coffee machine 24/7, a good size gym, a pool table, a shallow pool and large community area. There are also “phone rooms” for people who need a quiet and private space to place or receive video calls.

From the moment I walk out my apartment I feel a heartwarming vibe. I lock my door & can always count on receiving a friendly neighborly exchange of “have a good day” or “isn’t this weather lovely today.” As I continue I’m greeted by the smiles of the hardworking staff creating an atmosphere of fresh clean living in the common areas to carefully placing Amazon deliveries into the luxury amenity of concierge lockers. I make my way to the outside area where I’m greeted by an inviting clear blue pool, swinging hammocks, and outdoor grill & fire pits which instantly make me think of making plans for the weekend. Let’s not forget all the new hot spots that are here or coming soon to The Grove such as Del Pez Gastro Pub, Cold Stone Creamery, Acme, Starbucks, & Lefty’s. This is luxury living with comfort of home vibes. I’m truly happy and pleased that I chose Compass at the Grove as my home!

The complex is always clean . I also like the management of the building and I have a nice neighborhood. I like the courtesy of people. Every time I met someone when I’m trying to open the door with my baby there is always someone to help.

We have had a great time living here. The amenities are awesome, although the dog park never quite was usable. It would be great if some more of the nearby restaurants opened up while we were here though.

Great place to live. It's well kept, the staff is friendly and we have had great response from the maintenance team when service was needed. The property has geared up for the summer - the pool is lovely and there is a lot of outdoor space to enjoy a meal or sit by the firepit.

Place is great! Amenities are great! Living here you’ll never have to leave home. Just moved in to a broken refrigerator. Other than that everything is good.

Me and my family feel the peace and enjoy the good standard of living that Compass offers. Also, it’s very quiet all around, at least that’s my perception coming from an extremely noisy city. As long as your finances allow you to, I think it’s all worth it!

The leasing/management staff and maintenance team continue to impress us with their attentiveness. We’ve been at Compass for 15 months and have made several requests of management. All requests were handled with professionalism, courtesy and follow-through. Maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Our concierge goes above and beyond every single day. She’s a true gem and deserves a HUGE raise. It’s a real pleasure living here!

This facility has, for the most part, lived up to what it appears to be: A luxury apartment experience. The ongoing construction for the larger "Grove" retail space is frustrating since the video states completion in 2022! Tarik is a blessing to Bozzuto and to this community. Staff efforts are greatly appreciated, especially surrounding opportunities for improvement.

Compass is the BOMB!!! Our apartment is a spacious new 2BR with Den, the apartment has an amazing amount of natural light and we also have a spacious (room for 4-6) balcony with beautiful views of the outdoor common spaces and pool. I have found the indoor spaces and amenities to be quite nice with lots of free areas to hang out, a very nice gym (I need to use more often :-)) and areas to play with a pool table and shuffle board games. On top of that, the management and staff are very friendly and always looking for ways to help which is a fabulous bonus! Trust me you will be happy here!!!

It has been a great experience living at Compass at the Grove! Highly Recommend this apartment. Because it's safe, clean and great community center and very nice and attentive staff. The amenities are well kept, the apartment has a spacious floor plans and new appliances. The apartment is close to shopping, market, great restaurants and convenient access to highways.

Compass at the Grove has a very friendly staff. The units have beautiful, modern appliances and spacious rooms with lots of storage. The rooftop space and pool are a huge bonus to this complex. Overall, Compass is a very welcoming community and we are thrilled to be a part of it!

I love it at Compass. The amenities, cleanliness, maintenance, staff everything is great. I do think based on location it’s a little high in price but it’s a great community. Office staff is polite and personable.

so far easy access. employee staff excellent professional and very knowledgeable. amenities are great havent used them yet but look forward to them all. access to terrace very easy. plus pool and excerise area as well..
