Property Ratings at Concord at Williamcrest
Even with the useless security that only comes once in a blue moon to flash lights, this place is still unsafe. There was very recently a shooting where someone died in this apartment complex. As far as I know none of the residents have been notified. I wasn’t and I live here. The gates are also always broken and there is only one gate entrance which I’m pretty sure is a fire hazard. I plan to leave before my lease renewal. This place is becoming increasingly unsafe to live in.
Be aware these apartments are very nasty. Me and my roommate thought we was moving into a nice apartment but it was roaches everywhere! Roaches was coming out the back of the refrigerator and we had to move our own refrigerator out the house! Management never did a walk thru and we had to move out for a week for them to “clean it up”. I would never live there again!
I love the apartment is very spacious and comfortable and the people in the office are very friendly and attentive especially since the maintenance ones are very efficient and fast solve the problem the same day and the cleaning lady is very friendly I also recommend these apartments apart from comfortable they are very quiet you don't feel any noise
I've lived at Concord for two years and my experience has been okay considering all things. You cannot beat the spacioisness of the apartments compared to rent given the rising cost of renting in Houston. Bar the Best Value, Location and Price Overall. Easily accessible to the Beltway, Highway 59, and to 610 loop off of Braeswood or Bellfort. The grounds could be better kept, but ALOT of tenants are not responsible for their trash. The staff picks up trash DAILY behind grown folks who just refuse to take their trash to the trash bin or allow bags that burst to remain in the parking lot. They need assigned parking and ask their towing company to be reasonable(towed a brand new car, in which the complex got it back; towed a second time in the back of the complex when they passed multiple cars out of code in the front)The apartment could use a kid-friendly space or easier access to the park next to the complex. Maintenance is timely and courteous, even working on things when you're not present. I wish they would go back to regular exterminations, have noticed a slight increase in roaches compared to when we first moved in and there were NONE! The front gate always breaks, could benefit from buying another one instead of fixing the current one. Front office staff is cool. I've mainly worked with Ms. Collette and she is always willing to go above and beyond for the tenants. Definitely a value buy for a family or single person on a budget wanting space and close proximity to the Southwest side of Houston.
I have rented here for 7 months now and I have a love/hate relationship with my apartment complex. I love the size, floor plan and the general interior of my apartment. Management recently did some updating of the units to include new appliances, more modern light fixtures, hardwood like laminate flooring and new ceiling fans. I hate that the access gate is always broken, general grounds are poorly kept up and some of the residents are disgusting.
I really love where I live. Its the biggest apartment for the price in the city! I have a 3 bedroom apartment that is almost 1700 sq ft. you can not beat that. It comes with all appliances and has a washer and dryer room. I also have a hallway which is very uncommon in inner city apartments. The apartments are smack dab in the middle of the city and right on the Metro Bus line. In your car you can get to 5 parts of the city in less than 15 minutes and the HOV lane is less than a 5 min drive. It is quiet and the grounds are kept up very nicely! Because the apartments are so big, you will lack specialties like a pool and balcony but If you are looking for location, price and quality I would suggest you make this your 1st stop. It like living in a house without hiring a yard man. D. Venters, Houston, Tx
