I have been living in this apartment complex for seven years so far things are ok I fill that maintenance can do a better job when it comes to fixing things

Enjoy living here. The parking can be tight , especially on the weekends where I am. Many will park behind other cars or park on the grass. Other than that, it’s a decent place to live.

I enjoy my apartment. My neighbors are nice. There’s really noise in my area. The office management team are cool. The maintenance team are nice.

So far, we're loving it at Concord Chase. We moved from a lousy, noisy two-bedroom apartment to a spacious four-bedroom place for the same price. We were a little scared after reading the other reviews, but we're glad we decided to see for ourselves. The renting process was longer than we'd hoped, but that was because the management of our previous residence was being rude to Concord Chase. My husband and kids love it here, and I'm so glad we made the move.

Love this place, especially now with the new property upgrades. And the wonderful office staff. If you put in a maintenance request they come fast and get the job done. No complaints here.

The staff are great! I put a report in they come right away! Quiet place to live! Wish the pool worked but overall this place is just fine, I feel safe here

Great place to live in, just don't like we pay rent and we don't receive any upgrades in the apartments. And the pool has been not been in use since the pendamic

I like living here due to the neighbors and cleanliness, property upkeep. I hate how high the prices are but that seems to be everywhere now a days.

The neighborhood has been quiet for like 2 years, however I've lived here for 3 years going on 4 and management has yet to fix up the pool, let anyone in the micro gym, offer to do a deep clean my carpet, offered to paint my walls or do any maintenance to the appliances. However they are quick to ask for the rent and harass anyone that does not pay exactly on the 1st when er have 5 grace days. I have lived here all these years it's obvious that with pets and children the blinds are not gonna be intact but they still ask you to pay to replace them, it's been a month since I've paid them for them new blinds and I have no new blinds.

Whenever something need service it's taking months to repair it other then that everything is great. I don't have anything to say other then that.

The apartment needs a lot of work since we moved in but the maintenance guys are really good and nice. I do love the leasing office ladies as well

They are making a great afford at staying on top of maintenance and renovating the neighborhood. Good price for the area and neighborhood can't really beat it. Just wish the park and pool was open and better.

The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. I also like its location and its community, very silent and quiet, perfect for resting.

I like the community and the location. It's quiet at night. Cabinets and appliances need to be replaced. Roaches are also a problem. Maintenance responds promptly to calls.

Concord chase is cool. I've been here for a long time so I've seen change at every level. Things are a lot better than before management is definitely making improvements.

Lived in the same apartment 7 years. Neighbors have been really nice, my kids have made a lot of friends. Rent goes up every year and every year I ask for new carpet it keeps getting denied.

So far so good. The section I stay in is very quiet. The trash isn’t everywhere. The office staff are very friendly. I really don’t have any complaints at this time.

So far its been great living here! Everyone in the office are so professional and nice. When i put in a work order it gets done fast! I had an issue that had nothing to do with them or me and they were fast acting. Thankyou

When I first moved here I started loving it and then when I moved into a bigger unit I loved it even more. The staff is so sweet also and makes sure things get done when you put in the request so im glad to be a concord chase member.

We have been staying here for almost 2 years now and everything has been phenomenal. We are pretty blessed to be able to raise our family here. Any maintenence problem is usually taken care of rather quickly, it's pretty amazing.

Always on time with maintenance request never put on hold or speak to a machine really friendly people all the time no problem with staff know them by name

I love staying here, you actually get to see where the money you pay in rent is going. New painted buildings fresh paved lots. Anything you ask of the office they make sure to get the job done. It is a great place to live. I plan on being here for years its quiet not break ins no pest issues. A GREAT place to call HOME.

Concord Chase is quiet and affordable for the most part. And whenever you have maintenance issues, they are right on it. The management is nice people.

Great space for the 2-bedroom unit. The WOW Refrigerator is a Great idea and very inviting to welcoming prospects. Make Concord Chase your place called Home!

Apartments are safe.You don't have anyone hanging out all times at night.In the community it's a working community.You have a lot of working people live in concord chase.

Well it has been a rollercoaster. The manager of property has done everything I've asked for mostly. I know she has a stressful job so I try to respect that. I hope t sign another lease. I just hope the rent does not increase because it stands at a very high cost.

The apartments are ok but just need more lighting outside when it’s dark out, the pool needs to open, and the rent needs to be more affordable

The Leasing agent at the concord chase Wendolyn is always informative, courteous, respectful and pleasant. She gives great direction on the way you should go. She is very helpful. The maintenance here is very good. They follow up quickly and get what you need done quickly. Management is very good. They actually take care of you. I do like living here. Concord chase is a good community to live. I highly recommend living here And the property manager Ms.Daisy is wonderful too. Very respectful and very helpful and get stuff done right

It's a nice neighborhood. Clean and for the most part quiet. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is always prompt. I would definitely recommend renting here.

I've been living here close to five yrs. The area is pretty quiet and the prices are reasonable for a large family or small.Its close to the shopping/food area walking distance public transportation right outside of the complex. The staff inside the office,grounds keepers and maintenance men are all working to make this a place you can call home. If you are looking for somewhere to live this is your place..

I moved here because the price was right. But I soon realized you get what you pay for! A variety of bugs stemming from the constant smell of sewage with repeated sewage backup through the shower drain. Horrible experience!

Do not move here. I am filled with regret for making the decision to come here. We have a small child and I regret being here on her behalf. Sub par communication skills and poor problem solving from office staff. You will have to deal with roaches, drug use from neighboring tenants. Granted not every building has these problems but it’s a risk you have to take when deciding to move here. Property manager is insanely apathetic. We’re just a regular family trying to live our life but the concern for our pest problem is minimal. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I can’t even begin to explain the poor handling and disregard we have experienced. I chose to ignore the review that said “ spend more, don’t live here”. She was right. Don’t do it.

Moved in near the end of April. The staff was accommodating and worked to get me into the complex, holding an apartment as I relocated to LR. Six months in, I'm not having issues in any substantial manner. I know of crime in the area but I haven't witnessed any nor been a victim; definitely need to lock your door and vehicle, but that applies anywhere you go. Maybe it's because of my location in the facility, but I appreciate how quiet things are. The management keeps an employee staffed in the leasing office during the posted hours, the parking lot and breezeways are kept clean, and they communicate efficiently with the residents when necessary. I feel safe here and call it home.

i was scared to move into concord chase after reading all the reviews but it was the only place that had a 4 bedroom open and my family needed a new home. I've lived here for just over a year, and i havent had any issues with bugs or mice or anything like that. My neighbors are like family, and the staff are genuinely good people. past maintenance issues were fixed when they hired a better staff. I just don't understand how people can say that they have been miserable for years, rather than moving somewhere else and being happy. It's not expensive and it's well kept, you get what you pay for.

Do not move there! It's full of Cockroaches. There are roaches everywhere including the office. The new leasing office people are very rude, ill mannered, impolite, etc. The maintenance personnel do not work well l, they never fix nothing you have to fix it yourself. Those apartments are full of roaches, spiders, bugs, mold, humidity, etc. I don't recommend this property for living, especially if you have children, is a very ugly and dirty place. I you love your family and yourself, find a better place to live.

I was fooled by the pictures and buttered up by the resident managers. After living here for 6 months I have decided to break my lease and move on. I will not bash anyone on the net, but the maintenance could be greatly improved as far as response time needing things fixed. No one ever answers the phone at the leasing office. No one is ever there when I walk there as well. They don't do regular pest control checks and I fight rodents everyday. I wish I would have paid more money somewhere else instead of thinking about budget and moving here. Me and fam are very unhappy. My children don't feel comfortable playing outside with the other undisciplined kids. Its time to go!

concord chase is a great community, I like living there because its very convenient for my family. We have everything basically within our reach.

Do not move here if u love your family and like a decent apartment, ants, bugs and pit bulls every where. I currently live next to a drug dealer who's children have no respect for neighbors. The office staff tell you what you want to here and nothing ever get fixed I could go on and on but I don't have enough time right now, Do Not Move Here!!!
