Not as bad as people say
I like living here, I like my neighbors. The neighborhood has been improving and the office staff is always helpful with any thing I need. They are nice and understanding and I’ve never had a negative experience with them. Don’t listen to the negative reviews this place is not as bad as people make it seem. Some people just can’t be pleased.

Awful place to live!
I highly recommend everyone to stay far away from this apartment complex they will work with you then screw you over none of their computer software is up to date and management stinks. Landlord is very disrespectful as is their managers. Neighbors are nosy and very loud. They over price and take forever to fix anything in your apartment including doing a poor job fixing whatever you called for. They will welcome you in then milk your very last dime and blame you for damages. They raise rent without your knowledge and will even take you to court also send eviction notices a day after it is printed making it seem like you've had it a day before you actually did. They will lie about how much you've paid. This was my first time renting an apartment and I regret ever deciding to move here a lot of other people have complained of shootings as well as garbage cans being removed. They make it seem like they do things professionally but I warn anyone it's just a mask to take your money and will even harass you. Any other apartment is better than their service. If I could give it 0 stars or under I would.many people will let anyone into the building even if they don't know who they are as well as scammers which makes me feel unsafe. I have had someone break into my apartment twice with no notice. I hope they are shut down soon I feel bad for any other poor tenants who have been taken advantage of by them. I and many others plan to move as soon as possible from this terrible neighborhood this is not a way for anyone to live. I normally do not leave reviews but I had to warn people of their deception.
