Tiffany is always super responsive and the maintenance team is always going the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Community is very safe and quiet - very family friendly and pet friendly as well!

I've been living here for 5 years now, and have had an overall extremely positive experience. Tiffany the landlady is always helpful and Israel the maintenance man responds very quickly to issues and is trustworthy in your home. I've never had any issues with noisy neighbors or packages going missing. So rent here if you need a safe, quiet neighborhood. It's also right next to the 91 and 60 freeways so getting around is easy.

I have lived here for about a year and half now and love it! The grounds are always kept up and clean, along with the awesome maintenance team who are quick to take care of anything immediately. The manager Tiffany is so sweet and has made my experience living in apartments for the first time very welcoming. My kids and I have been very happy living here and would definitely recommend. My wife and I lived at Concord Square for a little over 3 years (2018-2021). We renewed our lease primarily because moving is such a hassle and we thought it was likely that other apartments in the area would not be much better. So, I think I can give a pretty good review of the apartments. First, the positives. The apartments are larger than average and generally well kept. The other tenants living there are all very nice. Israel, the maintenance man, is awesome, and he deserves a raise! I do NOT recommend that you move here, however, for several reasons. First, being located on Iowa Avenue, it is quite loud, you will be woken up regularly by motorcycles, trucks, etc. Second, the surrounding neighborhood is not very nice. We never had big problems, but there are a lot of homeless people wandering around and they wander through the apartments semi-regularly. Third, the apartments do NOT have a refrigerator or microwave included, you have to buy your own. I have never lived in another apartment that makes you buy your own fridge. Fourth, the photos posted here are of an upgraded apartment model. I don’t know how many of those apartments there are, but our apartment did not look anything like the photos online. If you cannot visit to see the exact apartment you will be moving into, I think it would be a bad idea to move here. Finally, they will not return your security deposit when you move out. Don't expect to get much or any of it back. Before we moved in, Concord Square put these cheap plastic coverings on the bathroom sinks and vanities, as well as in the kitchen. It looks nice in the photos, but in person it is chintzy and therefore wears out quickly. In our apartment, it began to peel off the bathroom sink a slight amount so that water dripped underneath and discolored it. Management charged us to replace this, even though it was not our fault that they put low quality materials in the bathroom. We cleaned the apartment extremely well when leaving, but they charged us for cleaning services to clean up after the mess that they made while changing things in the bathroom. Needless to say, I am furious and do NOT recommend anybody else to live here.

I moved here about 3.5 years ago for graduate school (without even touring the apartment beforehand as I was coming from the other side of the country). Tiffany worked with me to get me a unit in time for arrival. I am so lucky to have found this place, as many others grad students I know have had to move several times over the years, but I have been able to remain in the same apartment as the price for a single bedroom is better than other places in the area, the complex is quiet and clean, and Tiffany and Israel are always very friendly, and responsive to maintenance/other requests. Glad I found this complex, and I plan to finish out graduate school while living here!

Spacious beautiful apartments with nice sized patios ! I enjoy living here its peaceful and everyone's nice ! Theres a very convenient laundry mat on site and theres a pool and jacuzzi.grocery store across the street restaurants parks and schools all very close bye over all love the whole experience of living here especially because are manager is a saint !! Shes lovely very beautiful kind spirited woman very helpful and goes out of her way for tenants !

My husband and I have lived here almost 6 years now and could not be happier. The place is gated, dog friendly, and always clean! Would highly recommended this complex to anyone looking.

I love living here, everything is perfect if I have a problem with any damage Israel is always willing to help, Tiffany is very familiar, the place is safe, clean, you feel your home from day one.

The management at Concord square apartments is prompt and helpful. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated and all maintenance requests and communications are answered right away. I enjoy staying here and am glad to have chosen Concord square apartments.

It is a very nice place and everybody is friendly,from the manager to the maintenance and the neighbors. Its a wonderfull feeling to know that you are being respected as a resident.

Apartments are always kept maintained outside and are quick with any repairs inside. The Management is always on top of things and is very polite and very understanding. I don't have any issues and enjoy living here.

I moved into my boyfriends apartment about 3 years ago. I believe he has lived there 2 years prior to me moving in. One great thing about these apartments is the size. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment and the size is just amazing! Both the master bedroom and second bedroom are big compared to other apartments. Tiffany who works in the front office and she is just amazing! She is a very friendly and a kind lady. She is very helpful and will go out of her way to help any resident. They have a maintenance guy who comes to the apartments Monday-Friday and will come on the weekends if it is an urgent matter. When you put in a work order he is on it the next day or even the same day. He does a great job. The community is also great. Its a small apartment complex but the people there are very friendly.

I have lived here for years, it's a very safe, private, small gated community. They're perfectly maintained inside and out. The manager is very professional, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to live in where you feel safe, comfortable, taken care of and at home.

Tiffany is an amazing manager and makes sure that the property is always clean and peaceful. She is friendly and always willing to help. It's a small community and feels like home, very quiet and tidy. Also the rent is quite competitive compared to the neighboring properties.

The neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful. Property management is pleasant and handles any issues presented usually within 24 hours. Apartments are spacious and pet-friendly. The gated community ensures safety.

We have lived here for about 6 years now. This place has remained the most affordable in riverside and the staff is so kind and helpful. It’s always nice and quiet and they are pet friendly, which is amazing. It’s hard to imagine living anywhere else with the price being the best and everyone being so friendly here.

I have lived here for about 3yrs or so and love this place. It's peaceful believe it or not even thou we live so close to a major street. Very close to schools and shopping. It's always clean and if you happen to have any maintenance issues they are taken care of right away. Nice and friendly management is always available for any concerns you may have. I would highly recommend this complex as your new home. :)
