Property Ratings at Concord Station
I lived here for 2 years while looking for a house in the area. The management company Pacific Oak (from Florida) took up the management responsibilities sometime during 2021. The guest parking is completely unavailable as the residents use the spots. Even after warnings and complaints Pacific Oak did nothing to enforce it. The grounds were messy, I had piles of leaves left from the years before rotting away and keeping the yard bare. The "Now Leasing" signs were literally just trash on the ground at the front of the place. When the snow came they had no one lined up to remove the snow causing several people to be stuck in their homes. The common area trash bins were always overflowing. The residents were ok for the first year but by the second year we had police there all the time addressing neighbor disputes. My neighbor and I agreed this was the worst place we had ever lived. Not to mention the rent is pretty high for what you get. Only one bathroom on the second floor. Zero, and I mean Zero utilities are covered. Most places at least have trash, water or sewer. Nothing here! To top it all off I left the place spotless and they charged me hundreds in "damages" for "Deep Clean and Touch Up Paint." which I asked for an explanation and never got a response. This place is a joke. If I wanted to live in a slum I could have found one cheaper.
This place is great if you want something quiet and with very nice neighbors! Everyone gets along great in here! All I have are good things to say!
