Property Ratings at Concordia Apartments
Since I moved into my apartment on May 9, 2023 the whole apartment has smelled like smoke. The best offer that the leasing office did was to try "sanitize" the apartment after I moved in. The machine used not only didn't clear up the smell, the chemical used soaked into my furniture. I have tried to lesson the smell by running the ac and opening the windows and screen doors. I have also tried to use a air purifier throughout the day. I have went as far to use a water/ammonia mix to clean the walls but it still very pungent by the entry way, the bathroom, and walk-in closet. I signed a 14 month lease and never was given the opportunity to see the apartment before signing the contract. If I had there would have been very little chance of me going with that apartment. I have been so disappointed with the experience with this apartment complex that not only was I not made aware of the status, but have not been offered to set me up in another apartment. I feel its only right seeing that since from day one it hasn't gotten better.

I was promised that I would receive lease renewal/extension offers 120 days before the end of my lease. It's now less than 90 days before the end of my lease and despite numerous calls with the front office and several voicemails to "corporate" no one can provide me with any information. I would caution anyone against signing a lease with the Concordia or any other Maxx properties if this is how unprofessionally they manage their business.

I find this apartment reasonably priced. Clean, quite, well maintained. I was looking for a 1 bed apartment to move in right away and guess what. Natalia said no problem. She got me in next day although I am only staying for 4 months. There aren't many apartment around here welcoming short term stay or they would raise the rent $200 to $300. As I moved in, the tub water was set at hot hot and the handle wouldn't move. I called next day for service and they took care of it that day before I got back. Nice work!
I really enjoy these apartments. Super close to Sloan’s lake to go for a run and very dog friendly. The first day we moved in we had an issue with smelly carpets from previous owners and the complex immediately got us new carpets to accommodate us. They are quick to respond to maintenance needs and always say hello when they see you around. They know everyone by name and make a point to ask about specifics in your life. I have been very impressed with the staff. The apartments themselves are nice. I love the wood burning fire place. My only complaint is that our electric bill is fairly high and utilities in general seem pricey, but that could be due to the top floor on a north west facing apartment. Overall, I would recommend staying in these apartments.
Clean, newly renovated apartment really close to downtown Denver. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they do not have recycling, and refuse to look into it. Sloan's Lake Apartments 100 feet away have recycling facilities. In 2015, recycling should be a priority...
Concordia Apartments made my family feel like we are living in a house instead of an apartment.
