About 40 miles north of Dallas and Fort Worth, Denton is an energetic, progressive community in the heart of the DFW Metro. Even by Texas standards, Denton is booming – it is one of the nation’s fastest growing communities. It’s a college town, home to the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University, but it’s also a hub for business and tourism, located near Lewisville Lake and only a few minutes south of Ray Roberts Lake.
The 35 Denton Music Festival and Denton Arts and Jazz Festival are both signature events with great tunes and dancing. You’ll find tons of things to experience in this suburban city. Spend your days at nearby Lewisville Lake or shop the stores at Golden Triangle Mall.
Local restaurants thrive in the downtown area, like LSA Burger Co. With its unique burgers, rooftop patio bar, and live bands, this Lone Star Attitude-inspired eatery offers a true Texas atmosphere.

Property Ratings at Concrete Jungle Properties-DENTON
Management has been great to work with. Clean units with nice appliances. Happy with the price as well.
The new management is wonderful! They have ran specials giving away gift cards and to help save on rent. They’ve made so many improvements since taking over these properties and are working tirelessly to make them even better. Lauren specifically is very sweet. The reason for the 4 stars is because of residents not taking care of things and lack of cabinet space in the kitchen. Otherwise, excited to see what’s in store for The Edge in the future!
The apartments look very beautiful inside and spacious. They are also right next to UNT which is very convenient. I gave it a 3-start because the walls are very thin and you can literally hear the next door neighbor's conversations. second, I've had a problem with roaches since I moved in. The management has tried to spray my apt but the problem is recurring. Three, there is not enough storage cabinets and drawers so if you are moving here you need to invest in this.
Lived here for 7 months now, Lauren and her team have been working hard to make improvements. Very helpful and care about their residents. Issues and complaints get addressed quickly. I gave 5 stars for the effort they have been putting forth on the complex. It seems they see the potential and are working hard to improve.
I live over at Center Stage and management has been prompt with all maintenance requests and were very helpful when the winter storm hit and flooded my apartment. They relocated us and even paid our electric bill until it was transferred over. Over all great experience
Good maintenance staff and location, I have always really enjoyed living here. Its quiet
So far I like her. All I can say is there needed this. I see less cigarette butts on the floor. Which is a reflection of my neighbors. And fast response to email and maintenance. I think they need to fix the parking lines and grounds but I’m sure it is not easy.
So far everything is great! Bedrooms and living room nice size an updated kitchens. Close enough to where I can walk to UNT. It’s nice to have a laundry room on site and mailboxes close. My roommate and I love having our own space is big enough for both of us. Only negative would be the old parking lot but they just started redoing that and looks like it’s going to be really cool!
