Very expensive for very little benefit. I guess it’s just the nature of the Durango market but for the price I feel we should have access to some amenities (pool, gym, etc.)

My residence experience has been really nice. Priscilla helped us from the application process to getting moved in and to now, having been here for four months. The neighborhood is very well kept and clean. It's very nice and safe. It's a joy to walk my dogs around, and I love that there is little shops and clinics all within walking distance.

Hello, I have been a residence for almost 3 years now and will love the area of where the apartments are. The inconvenience of the bus is valued for myself and residents that do not drive at the moment or preferably do not want to drive that is very helpful. But I do think that there should be a little bit more of a additive to the residence that live in the apartment could get maybe like a year past to the gym across the street from the apartment as a bonus of moving in besides noticing on your website, you’re giving out reward cards or purgatory cards for people that don’t ski in another alternative would be to provide A different alternative of a different way of getting people to use more. What’s around the community here. Or a discount with the workout center

I have not lived here for very long, no more than a month now but I can tell you confluence is very dog friendly, the apartments are also nice, modern and clean. I can barely hear any noise… from neighbors to cars because this is a very quiet area with great people!

So far love it! Clean quiet and close to a variety of things. Best is for my girlfriend cuts her commute for work down. Our leasing agent Priscilla was a pleasure to work with. Super expensive! But that’s what happens when you live in Durango, pretty area but neighbors animals are loud and the cars are loud especially at night! Kids coming back and forth from the gym bumping music , revving their engines nonstop

Love the apartment well maintained was able to get a decent price for my unit. The walking trails are lovely as well as the convenience of a few restaurants and shops. Love the community would recommend sitting down with management about the prices and added fees.

I have lived at various apartments or individual units in my life, and Confluence is by far the best of all. The units here are beautiful, grounds well maintained, the open space nearby and quiet atmosphere here helps me feel at home and relaxed. Also, maintenance and office management staff are friendly, communicative and flexible. It is a great community and my neighbors are nice.

Great place to live. Close to my Daughter and family. At my age that is a real plus. Hospital close by is great too. My dog likes all the trails too.

We lucked out and got this 2 bedroom apartment during COVID. It’s a great place to live and a lovely community. Little convenient store and workout facility within walking distance. Beautiful scenery and quiet neighborhood.

Confluence at Three Springs is a wonderful place if you're a dog owner! It's a friendly community and most people here even say hello as you pass by. It's also within easy walking distance to two restaurants and a liquor store. The neighborhood is clean and peaceful. I really like it here!

Great place to live with friendly staff and neighborhood. The maintenance issues are resolved within 24 hours. The apartments are in good condition with wooden flooring and in-unit laundry service.

The apartments at confluence are some of the most updated and well-kept Ive seen in Durango! The location is great with several conveniences and amenities nearby like a liquor store/small market, yoga studio, local bank, Taco Boy restaurant, Home Slice Pizza, and much more. I am very pleased with the pricing of rent as it is very affordable for Durango as well.
