Just a few short miles from White Bear Lake beaches, and within blocks of Costco, St John's Hospital, Grocery stores, Maplewood Mall, Metro Transit Station and dozens of shops and restaurants. Located on protected wetlands, Conifer Ridge has access to many trails, including the Bruce Vento Trail which goes for miles north and south, and intersects the Gateway Trail. We are pet friendly and recently added a dog park along the trails to keep your dogs happy too! Once you walk inside our buildings you will be greeted with a grand lobby with a package center, smartTV, fireplace, fitness center, elevator and large deck overlooking the woods and marshes. Thanks to some odd geography, Maplewood has something of a split personality. This first-ring St. Paul suburb can be described as being shaped like a frying pan. The main business and residential area lies primarily to the north and east of St. Paul, while the chief amenities, such as the community center and an indoor mall, lie in the "pan." South Maplewood, or the "pan handle," runs south along Interstate 494 and has fewer business amenities. Residents of this area tend to shop in bordering Woodbury, since it takes a good half hour to get from the southern tip of Maplewood to the main northern business district.
Meanwhile, Oakdale lies between the two sections, just east of Maplewood's pan handle and north of Woodbury. This young suburb is a quiet bedroom community with a scattering of business districts. Cornfields make up its eastern portion, giving the area a distinctly rural vibe, even though it's just 10 minutes outside of downtown St. Paul.

The building is so new and clean. Tenants are quiet but friendly. The property manager is so helpful and actually cares when things go wrong. The woodlands off the back are so peaceful and quiet when walking through the trails. The location is so close to Costco and tons of restaurants. I highly recommend.

Conifer Ridge Apartments are a wonderful and relaxing place to live. Management seems to care about the tenants and the grounds are cared for very well; property management communications is superb! Tenants seem to keep mostly to themselves, but are very friendly. Dogs (and cats) are welcome! The location is within 15 - 20 minutes of most places in the metro, and the property is very peaceful and feels secluded/private to a certain extent considering we are still very much in the cities. Lots of walking/running/biking paths and open space in the area. There are multiple grilling pavilions. There is underground parking. Apartments themselves are new/modern, and offer large balconies/decks. My wife and I have lived here since 2018 and are the original tenants in our apartment. We do not plan on moving--at least until the home buying market moves from a seller's market to a buyer's market. I highly recommend you schedule a viewing and consider Conifer Ridge for your next home.

I spent a ton of time looking for the right place and it paid off! I have lived here 2 years and it is "home." My unit faces a nice wetland area and I have a fabulous balcony to drink my coffee on. There is a walking trail right out my front door that is great for walking my dog. The staff are very nice and helpful. I could not be happier with my unit and I hope to be here for a long time!!!
