Property Ratings at Connemara Estates
This will be my third year here. I have seen ZERO roaches in my place.The maintenance is prompt and the management is attentive! The trash is picked up frequently.
We have resigned our lease here. I have felt very safe here in our environment. I have children and they have enjoyed playing outside and making friends with the other kiddos that live here. The pool is always nice and refreshing. Bonus that they have a kiddie pool and hot tub. My husband and son enjoy shooting hoops outside On the basketball courts. They even have a gym with equipment. I really appreciate the way that they have amazon lockers to keep your packages safe. We have never had our vehicle broken into and you are assigned a cover parking spot which makes it nice in this texas heat. Barbara in the front office, and Lilia the manager are always super sweet and helpful. Juan in maintenance is always nice and friendly and completes work orders in a timely matter. Awesome place to live !!!
Living here has been my worst experience. Along with many other things, like roof leaks not being fixed for months and moldy bathrooms, the ROACHES have been the worst. I absolutely lost it when I saw a 3 inch roach drop from the ceiling vent onto my living room floor! There are also small German roaches crawling in from the walls. Plus, I get roaches crawling in from underneath the door. It is a roach party in here and it got to a point where management refuses to help after so many complaints
My husband and I have lived here for 2 years now. We have never had any sort of crime issue or major issues here and enjoy the community environment it provides. The staff is responsive with frequent communication and is happy to assist. The buildings are older and maintenance does respond quickly to requests.
Once understood my disability conditions of seizures, Connemara Estates was able to make my apartment a priority and repair every single issue in an expedited manner. Their maintenance technician is at a most expert, superb, fast, and efficient level. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround due to a recent seizure which is a condition that is life-threatening. I am home daily with two small children and all equipment is not in the apartment yet to give alert if a seizure. For the moment I have friends and family monitoring me close until equipment delivered. The management team is at a great professional level and understands the prioritization of those disabled, which I greatly appreciate. If a misunderstanding please follow the appropriate prompts if after hours and management are unable to assist. When properly notified they can do their job. Shakira Franco
You read that right. Roaches come from under the walls and will crawl on you in your sleep.
Don’t waste your time or money on this place. A couple of months after move in the entire staff was changed and replaced. The old manager was a pro at customer service but new manager, Jessica would rather hear herself talk then try and help you. roof leaked, air conditioner didn’t work properly and ran all day long because it could read the temperature correctly which caused a high CPS bills. The basketball courts were closed with no explanation as to why or when they’d reopen leaving nothing for the kids to do during the summer months. People have parties in the pool every weekend leaving no time for the residents to enjoy the pool. Parking is a nightmare. The process to pick up a package changed about 5 times but still had a package of Christmas gifts get stolen right out of the office. Every time I have attempted to call the regional manager to discuss issues her staff has taken a message and sent right back over to the apartment complex (where I was getting no where with to start) for follow up. There is absolutely no attempt to deliver even subpar customer service. You will only end up feeling angry and frustrated anytime you think about having to deal with anyone from this office. Save yourself the headache.
Despite continued requests (written, phone, in person) nothing has been done about a serious water leak in our townhome. The rest is so high yet there seems to be nothing to show for it. We are looking forward to moving out.
Been here 2 yrs. Apartments are spacious, clean and pretty. Complex is quiet, convenient, and comes with an assigned covered parking spot (bonus!). Front office staff are friendly and professional. Maintenance constantly working around the premises, are quick to respond to any requests, and check your fire alarm and replace your air filters every month. The location is perfect, you have CVS, Walgreens, Valero, HEB and countless restaurants at arms lengths. And the elementary school is fantastic!
When we first looked in this area we didn’t expect to find a place that feels so much like home. Office staff made sure we got everything we needed prior to moving in. Dee was our apartment leasing agent when we first moved here and now they have a girl named Ashley who everyday has a smile and a super friendly attitude. Dee and Ashley make living here even easier considering they are very understanding of our wishes or problems. Noise level is very low. No parties no crazy people screaming outside just a bunch of kiddos making friends with their neighbors. Basketball court, tennis court, hot tub, kiddie pool, big pool & of course our Work out room. Everything you need within walking distance as far as stores and restaurants. Love my home proud to be a tenant of this wonderful property!
Office manager very rude from 1st day after lease signed. She is also married to maintenance manager so don't expect anything to get fixed. Have had a leak from roof for 1 year and almost all light bulbs burnt out 1st week of move in they refused to replace them. Water bill extremely high 120$ when complex is fully rented regardless of apartment size or usage! 3 car break ins...1 crook even scaled balcony in daylight to steal a bicycle on my second floor balcony...no security patrols. Gym equipment is very dirty and broken. Spa outside hardly works. Community grill never is clean and dog poop everywhere because there is no demarcated area to walk pets. High priced rent...I haven't met anyone in complex that wants to stay past the 1 year lease. Again very Rude and abrupt manager. I would suggest to Look anywhere else until they have a management change.
