This is a nice place to live, clean and office staffs are friendly.
I can't wait to leave this awful place! The grounds look nice in a few places, but the building walkways are dirty and often full of trash because residents continuously break the trash pickup rules and leave disgusting piles of garbage all over the place and nothing is ever done about it. Oh, and you'll just adore the dried rotten egg that's been all over the mailboxes for the past six months. You would think they would care enough about the grounds to clean them, but nope... I guess they don't mind rotten egg all over the mailboxes and sidewalk. Last year the complex did some repairs on the fire sprinkler systems in certain buildings. The workers left huge messes throughout the walkways and on my patio -- messes that stayed that way for at least two months. The swimming pool looks nice. Unfortunately, it's usually closed for about half of the summer because they can't seem to figure out how to maintain a pool and they won't spend the money to hire someone who can get the job done. Don't even think about going to the trash dumpster at the back of the complex. It's almost always a disgusting mess. Gated community? Nope. The gates are broken and left open at least once or twice every month -- sometimes for up to a week. And don't even bother calling the office. They seem to have one focus: "what can I do to make my job easier?" If you have an issue and need any assistance at all that may cause them even the slightest minor inconvenience, they are rude and dismissive. I am at a point where I refuse to communicate with them over the phone because they are so incredibly rude. I have been documenting this mess in detail for the past two years. As soon as my lease is up, I will post a more detailed account/review on every site like this I can find. Absolutely Awful.
The apartments here are nice, which is the only reason they got 2 stars from me. Dealing with the front office staff/management has been terrible. You can call and ask, and request things through email, both multiple times, but you will end up having to go to the office and sit with them until they do what you need them to. This happened to me numerous times. They say they "mail" things or have them forwarded to you but they don't. It's seriously been horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I have been living here for 6 months and I absolutely love it. Management has been nothing but helpful and the entire process of moving in went super smooth. Anytime I need something fixed, it has never taken over a 24 hours, usually it is fixed that same day. My apartment is in a really good shape though, very clean. The complex feels very safe. I have only had one issue with noise and when I called the 24 hour number, someone was able to come deal with it immediately. The amenities have been great as well, I love the gym and pool areas. The only negative I can think of with living here is that I wish there were some trails or a park nearby for me to walk my dog; I get tired of just walking around the complex. If you are willing to drive though then the Trinity Trails are only 15 min away. Overall, this is a great place to live!
These are really nice apartments, but don't expect too much from the front office staff. Complaints are nothing but a nuisance to them. Courtesy officer has changed several times in 8 months....just hope you don't have a neighbor noise issue....you will be wasting your time. Maintenance staff is AMAZING! Too bad though....I won't be renewing my lease.
First I'll start by saying that i have lived in numerous apartment complexes and these are by far the best. I recently moved from an apartment complex that is located very close by and the amount of relief and satisfaction I have is enormous! Since starting the moving process I have had nothing but the best customer service! The apartment I moved into feels very homey and was very clean upon moving into. I have called maintaince twice for miscellaneous reasons and they have been very prompt to fix any issues I've occurred. The front office staff is nothing but generous! Any time you have a question, need or concern they make it a point to help in anyway possible. In many complexes I've lived in the front staff is very unsociable. Though upon moving here I have seen several functions that are arranged by the complex! I honestly have not found anything that bothers me about these apartments! They are definitely worth the money and the move! I would recommend Constellation Ranch apartments to anyone and everyone!
