Property Ratings at Contigo Westover Hills
Towed my car from a parking spot that did not have any designations or signage to indicate that it was a no parking zone. No fire hydrants or any indicators whatsoever were present to identify this parking space with white lines as a no parking zone. The management did nothing to rectify this. I’m researching my legal options in this matter.
I’ve lived here for a few years. I love my view. It is rather quiet and you almost forget you are living in the city. The swimming pool is nice and the fitness center isn’t bad.
It's a quiet, peaceful and just an all around beautiful apartment complex to call home. It gives off amazing Hill country vibe living all while being close to major highways
Quiet and harmonious to live in. Nice environment and the pool is clean. Pet owners has a good sense of responsiblity in disposing their pet's waste.
This community is very clean and quiet, I love being surrounded by all the trees. The location is great, easy access to everything. My favorite part is the trails in the back of the complex, when it’s not overgrown with weeds.
It will be 2 years that my family and I have lived here. So far We have had a great experience here. Although the outside of the buildings are old the inside of the apartment is remodeled nice could be better though. Neighbors are nice . Not much noise around the complex. Peaceful at nite. The greenery is great. It’s not perfect, we’ve ran into minor issues in the apartment but was fixed quickly.
Very safe and comfortable comunity, Awesome personnel in front desk. The only cons are: The gym needs some TLC, Manteinance reports sometimes take long to be addressed
I really enjoy Contigo the overall size and community of the apt :) nice quiet setting, there are a few areas that need more maintence up keeping but I have seen more contractors around the complex so it seems that they are doing upgrades and cleaning up more which I appreciate!
Nice apartments but poor management. Maintenance takes forever to respond to you, and takes months to fix things. Dumpster is always full so I can never put my trash in.
We absolutely love it here! Especially that we can have our sweet Doberman here with us most places don't allow her breed. Any maintenance request we have always are handled in a timely manner!
I have been here for 5 years and I love it. The management is reasonable and the complex is quiet. I would defiantly recommend Contigo Westover Hills to anyone.
The apartment is nice and area is safe. Maintenance is taken care of promptly. The only issue is that when I was starting my lease, the front office staff all seemed to be new or transferred from somewhere else and they didn’t know their own policies, so they kept making errors or asking me for the same documents twice or three times because office staff didn’t communicate with one another. I also wish wifi wasn’t part of the lease because I could get it cheaper than what they charge for spectrum every month.
Beautiful location & scenery! Being able to see Sea World’s fireworks is a plus. The apartment itself is nice & maintenance is usually quick with any requests. Rarely have any issues with management or neighbors.
Love it here… one of the better experiences I’ve had with apartments. The new staff is very helpful and willing to help out under any circumstances.. a welcome change
Love living here no issues and everyone in the office is so friendly and nice. If I have any issues with my apartment I get immediate assistance with no issues. Looking forward to many more years living here
Upon moving in, we were greeted with a roach infestation. Our door doesn’t properly seal, which allows for more bugs to come in. Our patio door doesn’t lock. We addressed these issues with the leasing office. A week later I called to inquire as to when the issues with my apartment would be taken care of. I was told that my issues are not an emergency. I have a three year old child...so an unsecured door could pose an immediate safety risk. I tried explaining this to them and it fell on deaf ears. I have resorted to bubble wrapping the bottom of my door as a last ditch effort to keep the bugs out.
I liked living here well enough but youre paying to live next to sea world. Before you get all excited, its not necessarily a good thing. Sea world loves to shoot fireworks, you can always hear the music that is playing. And on a Saturday of sea world is busy go aheax and ads 45 minutes to your drive home, it gets annoying but doesnt happen often . Asside from that i didnt mind living here lots a military including myself take advamtage of some pretty good deals they offer.
I have lived here for almost a year. The area is quiet, pretty location, lots of green areas, very safe, really close to seaworld, restaurant, bowling and movie theaters. Good maintment services (I haven't had many problems at all). Really close to my work area. The only thing that bothers me is the shining lights in my windows at night, but I fixed it with curtains and also lots of dog waste Around cause the pet friendly policy.
