These people are only here for your money! Stay away! These apartments are so small for the money they charge and everything is OLD! It has been reported SEVERAL times the ceiling in the bathroom has been about ready to fall in due to leaking above and was never fixed. Windows have been reported SEVERAL times, still leak! The washer and dryers are so old they don't clean or dry, has been reported SEVERAL times and was never fixed! Place was not cleaned before moving in. Food on walls, countertops, etc. completely disgusting! Everyone that provided low rating is correct. They don't listen, don't care and will do nothing!
Not very professional. I schedule a showing a week ago & was told they would text me with the agent information the day before. I had to text them to see if we was still good for the appointment at 7pm only for them to text me back & say sure we good to go then got another text after midnight saying no we have to reschedule.
Horrible apartment! Do not even try living here because you'll hate it. Corporate will try to do everything they can to suck every penny out of you. The living space is tiny and dirty. Dangerous neighbors smoking weed and being loud. Laundry room dirty full of residue inside washer
They are money hungry. You will NEVER get your deposit back. Apartments are filthy.
They're ready for you to give them your application fee but don't respond if there's an issue.
Maintenance takes forever and when they do show up they do not fix what is broken. And dirty, small apartments! Rats and bed bugs everywhere because neighbors are dirty. Take your money elsewhere and rent at a better place where the office/maintenance listens to your issues.
Small apartment for the amount of rent you pay. Management keeps increasing rent but their services are poor. Apartments are tiny, old, out-dated and full of growing black mold. Window are thin and not energy efficient at all. No added amenities (pool, gym, etc.). The apartment complex does not change the carpet between tenants so you're stuck with old/dirty carpet. There are better apartments out there. Do your research beforehand!
Since changing ownership, things definitely changed for the worse. There were tons of issues with mold and the plumbing, nothing was maintained or updated but the rent steadily increased every year. The office staff is unprofessional, slow in responding to requests, very poor customer service skills. KDR group does not prioritize maintaining good relationships with their tenants or offering a good quality living experience, they are worried about trying to get every last dollar they can even if it means losing tenants. KDR makes it impossible to get ahold of them and they don’t get back with you. If you don’t believe me check out their website before signing your lease. Or better yet walk around the buildings and look at the poorly kept AC units.
I lived in an apartment for over 10 years. Not until Sophie took over and new owners came did I change my mind. When I would put in a work order to get something fixed it would take so long that I forgot all about it until they decided to fix it. Over two weeks without an air conditioner. When neighbors were horrible they wouldn't do anything about them. Also never called the office nly the corporate office. I left a month early and paid just to not have to be there anymore. Save your money, sanity and health.
I would recommend having someone look at anything that comes from them before signing it. Though in general I would not recommend not signing at all. Also every year that I spent there the rent went up nearly 10% from the year before which is why I left. They will do whatever they can to take as much money out of you as possible before you leave, DO NOT TRUST THEM.
The leasing agents are very helpful and friendly, in particular I dealt on many occasions with Ms Gauri and she was always very professional and courteous to tenants. I would recommend this property because I know you are in good hands with the management. I want to appreciate the owners and their team with Gauri for being professional and effective in dealing with complaints and/or issues while at the residence.
We have been tenants here since 2015. The new management leaves something to be desired. I have proof that there is MOLD living there in those walls. Leaks from upstairs do not get repaired and no preventative maintenance. Raise your rent to replace the carpet due to no fault of your own. If I could give a negative star rating I absolutely would.
For those of you looking to move into a complex PLEASE AND I MEAN PLEASE don’t choose this complex their leasing office girls especially Jasmine is rude always answers the phone with an attitude. Now when Sophia was the manager you wouldn’t see any of these problems. I don’t recommend anyone to move to any of these complex. The new manager really don’t care about the residence.
Well kept apartments that are pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood, neighboring park, laundry in building. Maintenance gets in touch timely, and does its best to get the job done sooner. Great location near highway.
Office hours say open from 8am-5pm but the staff are gone before noon. No one to contact for help. Apartment small and smelly.
I have been living here for 3 year's now and If I wasn't moving out of Kansas i couldn't imagine leaving this place. Sophie is so prompt and responsive regarding any requests. She contacts proactively for work order's and office hours.
This place is horrible!! Do not even consider this place. It is old, dirty, and small. The new owner is greedy and only wants money from tenants. They even refused to fix/replace when their appliances broke! The staff are unprofessional and careless. Property manager ignores you when there is a problem. She doesn't return phone calls and is never at the office when you need to talk to her about something. There are basically no amenities here. No pool, no playground, no backyard, etc. Please go look somewhere else because this place will disappoint you. If I could give a negative star, I would.
