Absolutely love Contour 39- I've lived here three times and the property always exceeds my expectations! The area is awesome: Sweetwater Park, Lone Tree Rec Center, Lone Tree Library, shopping and restaurants are all super close. Light rail is accessible along with C470 & I25. The office staff is always friendly, grounds are clean and taken care of, and maintenance issues are taken care of promptly!

The maintenance service is poor. They arrived timely but left a mess every time they fixed something with no effort to clean up anything. The hottub jets have also been broken down for several months. It was brought to their attention several times and different excuses were given (they didn't know about it, an electrician was on the way which was over a month ago, etc.). I would expect things to be fixed in a timely manner given the rent which is charged.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. It is never the team's intention to leave a mess behind when they leave your home. If this ever happens, please contact the office immediately so that we can immediately address the issue with our team. We take great pride in our maintenance team. As for the spa, we have been working with an outside contractor and they had to special order the part which was about a two week time frame. Upon installing the new timer, the contractor found it to be faulty, so another timer had to be ordered. You can still soak in the spa, but the jets are inoperable. As a courtesy, we opted not to close it completely while we wait for the appropriate parts.We do apologize and hope to get it fixed as soon as possible.
I have been at Contour 39 a bit over a year and have to say one of the nicest apartment complexes I have ever lived. This complex is extremely dog friendly and backs up to a great park. The apartments are good size and reasonably priced for the area. They are near everything with shopping, highways and rail system very close. Best thing about the complex is the staff; leasing office and maintenance team is fantastic! Maintenance requests taking 24 hours is a stretch and entire team is very friendly and helpful when needed. Great place to live!

What makes this place special is the staff. Office and maintenance are way better than most. Example: I was out of town and Amazon ignored my instructions and left my package at my front door. The office went and got it for me so it wouldn't get stolen. Some places won't even let you have your packages delivered to the office. Also, the location is pretty great. I walk out my back door and right into a large park and miles of trails.

I have lived at Contour39 for a bit over a year. After my divorce, I was nervous about apartment living (I haven't lived in an apartment since college). The Contour staff has done exactly what they said they would do! They provided a quiet, residential feeling living experience. The Contour 39 maintenance staff is incredible! These guys respond FAST!

My husband, son, dog and I have lived at Contour 39 since we moved to CO in 2016. We have lived in a one bedroom and soon will be moving into a two bedroom and I am so excited to stay and enjoy a new home at Contour 39! Nina, Deanna and Johnny are all amazing, will address any issues quickly and are always there to help. The maintenance crew is also great and fix things same day and most of the time within a few hours. The convenience of the park behind us and the stores around make the location perfect, but not too crowded feeling. They all work hard to make the apartments feel like home!

We live since over 3 years at Contour 39. The location is in walking distance from the entertainment district of Lone Tree and like a 5min drive away from Park Meadows Mall and grocery stores. It offers a gorgeous and quiet view into Sweetwater Park which is right there! There are quite a few trails you can take walks to. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Most of the maintenance tickets we had to open have been solved within a day or they'll keep you updated in a timely manner. The gym is well equipped and the pool area invites you to hang out and relax.

Great apartment complex and very friendly staff. Moved in sight unseen and have had a great experience with everyone that works for the property. They are very dog friendly and the office and maintenance team are always helpful and respond to service calls almost same day. Great neighborhood, near everything and backs up to Sweetwater park. Would highly recommend community for anyone looking in Lone tree area.

I stayed with my wife at Contour39 and could not have been happier of our choice. We found that this complex is within minutes of anything we needed but still provided a feeling of peaceful setting to relax. Maintenance staff was very courteous and alwasy eager to stop and chat to find out if everything was to our liking. I find this place to be a great value and the warm staff made all the difference as we always felt welcomed. I did read a not so nice review from years ago but I have to believe whatever prompted it must have been addressed some time ago as we encountered nothing but positive things to say about this place and the people that work here and make it special.

These apartments are in a prime location and have nice floor plans. That is all I can think of that is remotely positive about Contour39. Lots of noise and smell from neighboring apartments - on one side I get to hear all my neighbors' fights. On the other side I have a neighbor whose late-night showers wake me up every night. Much worse are the smells. Every time the neighbors cook or wait too long to take out the garbage, it stinks up my apartment and my home stinks every time a neighbor's toilet gets backed up (often). The driveway loop is a sequence of blind turns made more dangerous by the fact that a lack of parking spaces means that many residents leave their cars double parked (extending into the driveway) or parked curbside (despite the fact that all curb areas are marked fire lanes). Throw in some kids riding around the parking lot on bicycles (there are not sidewalks) and it's hardly surprising that damage to vehicles is common. Maintenance is abysmal - Our apartment had been recently remodeled when we moved in and the evidence of shoddy workmanship was immediately apparent. Some fixtures had been painted around, leaving a border of the old paint color (brown). Other fixtures had been removed and not replaced properly (they fell off). Doors jammed or didn't latch at all. The cupboards were not painted properly. As soon as we put dishes in them, the paint stuck to our dishes and peeled off the cupboards (the paint underneath was brown too, if you're curious. The buildings seem not to be insulated at all. Because the provided washer and dryer are terrible, we recently put in our own and discovered that the renovations did not include replacing unsafe 3 prong dryer outlets with the 4 prong ones that have been required by the National Electrical Code since 1996. The staff is generally unpleasant and I will actually schedule my visits to the office to avoid one of them. They are either deliberately unhelpful or have the intelligence of garden slugs. I'm not sure which. My overall warning about this place is that it's all about the surface. Everything looks new and top-quality but underneath it's garbage. The staff comes across as polite, even obsequious, but treat every interaction like an inconvenience and have a two-faced quality that leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth.

This place is a sweet community haven. It's peaceful and quiet. The management staff is great. You are right in the Park Meadows district, lots of great restaurants and shopping! It's unique, like living in a little village!
