They have an overall, great establishment here, the alot of amenities.. property manager they have here is very helpful and goes over and beyond to do what he can to get things accomplished for the tenants.. maintenance is great!! Property is pretty nice...

This community is quite and beautiful. Our home is so much bigger than the standard apartment. Amenities are great. The staff is amazing and helpful. Maintenance is quick for any small work orders.

I moved in here a couple months ago and I have enjoyed it so much. They keep the grounds very clean, office staff is very helpful and polite. Communication is outstanding... Apt. Is big and everything is beautiful.

There have been nothing but issues since i moved in! Theres so much crime, you can smell smoke from your neighbors all day, the unit itself is falling apart despite them ‘remodeling’ they literally slapped white paint over old cabinets. Windows dont fully close so it gets freezing cold and your electric bill will be insane. Bugs everywhere, pit bulls running loose, kids scratch your car. I hate it here. It would be one thing if it was cheap but rent is really expensive, on top of other ridiculous fees they add on. No one answers the phone in the office, and your neighbors have no respect for you or your property.

it is a good area the apartments very comfortable good neighbors clean place and all very attentive.

Always friendly and making sure they get things fix to your satisfaction.

I would never recommend this place lack of communication with staff,no followup no one answers the phone and rent always changes.

Maintenance team, Travis D. and Terry are the best. Anytime I've had to submit work order, I am immediately notified of work order submission. Work has always been completed within 1 day of submitting work order. Very respectful of the fact I have young children, and don't come too early. Always calls or texts to get okay to enter residence.

This place is amazing the big difference living here is the property personnel jade she has been phenomenal and I dont plan on leaving no time soon bc a great property with a great staff is rare to find

My roommate and I were so blessed to have Jade as our leasing manager. She worked tirelessly to make sure we were satisfied and put in service orders for updates we didn’t even have to ask for! She’s super easy to get along with and makes you feel right at home

You need to take into account the conservice fee that is not told to renters up front that includes water, sewer, pest and trash based on occupancy and square footage. They are not informing new residents of this evidently until the first bill arrives with the rent bill. For example mine was $100 in addition to my rent for 1 month! So multiply that for number of occupants. Double dipping is occurring with trash bill $26 for trash + $25 for a valet living trash charge which they don't allow you to opt out of - so if you want to spend $51 a month for trash for 1 person this is the place for you. By the way the valet living charge is in addition to conservice- so actually if you combine the two charges it is $125 in charges, conservice and valet living in addition to the rent they quote you. That is for 1 person, with additional occupants the price goes up. Thought future residents should know in considering this as a place to live. Rent is overpriced for this area of the city of Louisville.

The office and maintenance staff deliver excellent service consistently, they are the best at what they do and prove it each and every day. I could not be happier with the amazing community of Cooper Creek!

A little disappointed that we moved in a full week after the apartment was ready and there's still quite a lot they could've taken their time to fix. Were paying twice what we were before for what will become intolerable living conditions if the air AND windows don't get fixed before the temperatures rise for the summer.

Only lived here for a year , worse experience I ever had. From pest control , to maintenance, to parking , and the staff i couldn’t tell you which one is worse. Owners should be ashamed. They barely can keep anybody and I see why. Not worth the money . You can really save money by getting a house for a better price than this . Love the space , that’s about it. P.S. The picture looks nothing like the apartments . They only remolded a couple of apartments for pictures. They’ll show you an apartment fully remolded but will put you in a unit where Harriet Tubman grew up.

I have just recently moved in, and I already feel like I am at home! There is a lot of grassy areas to walk you dog, the apartments are very big for your money. New HVAC in all of the units. They are replacing the carpet in the units to vinyl flooring that looks like wood flooring. It is easy to keep clean. Each unit has it's own security system. My leasing agent is Ashley L and she is so AWESOME! I came in on a Saturday and needed an apartment by the next weekend due to an emergency situation (my home was selling faster than we thought, and previous arrangement with another apartment complex fell through - due to their fault). She got a unit turned around in 4 days for me! My doggie feels at home, and is getting used to living in an apartment vs living in a house. She loves having grassy areas to run around in, and I appreciate it also. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone. All of the units are nice and large.

Overall, the apartments were fine. I think the increase of rent was not reflective of the worth of the area but otherwise the apartments were decent.

Our leasing manager Jessica goes above and beyond her duty to make sure the residents are taken care of with repairs ,,,,,,, Terry ,our maintance staff is very curtious and professional. If he can't fix the problem ,he will call someone in who can.

I would recommend cooper creek to anyone . maintenance free, grounds are well kept, easy acsess to main road, feel safe .alarm sistem a plus. Residence respectful

Well, not only does the complex sit right off the main road, I also so am within public transportation, which is a plus for any one who lives alone or not. I absolutely love how easy it is to get around. The unit is very well maintained. A place I plan to call home for a long time.

I do not feel safe here. I am not satisfied with the resolution to my noise complaint of the unauthorized guests above me as I suffer from migraines and it keeps my pets uneasy.

The staff leasing and maintenance guys are the reason I love living here. They're always helpful

Cooper creek apartments are great apartments. We have not had one bad experience with our apartment our the apartment management. The management is very friendly and listens to you if you have any problems. Our floor flooded because I hooked up my washer wrong and they covered the cost to get the water removed and have the carpet dried out. The maintenance staff is very fast in responding to your needs. I would highly recommend this apartment.

It's a great place to live if you don't have a neighbor who refuses to control their dog and allow it to bark at all hours of the day and night. Management has been notified multiple times and has done nothing to resolve the issue.
