Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Parkside Arlington
The roaches will take over. No matter how much they come to exterminate they never go away. You have to call them to be put on the list for pest control. The management changes every other month. The trash is horrible, they expect you to not sit trash by the dumpster when it's full. No they want you to keep it in your house to cause more roches. Matanence takes for ever and they will say they complete a work order and won't show up. The new manager befro I moved was trying to clean up the other property managers mess, but I'm sure the task is to large.
This is my last month here so I will break it down since the moment I moved here last month. When I first moved in the apartment was in good condition, slowly paint started to chip off, drawers started to fall apart. The place started well to tear down. Stove started to break, they claimed it was new haha. Fridge door came off and they said they already replaced my stove so they couldn’t replace both.... Not only did I have a bug infestation all year long, but my heater broke in the winter. Being pregnant, they didn’t think it was an emergency and didn’t fix it for a week. Water leaked from my bedroom ceiling for about 2 weeks, not just any leak buckets and buckets of water would fill up in a matter of no time. Again not an emergency ... Faucets, they first came into my apartment without a notice. No warning nothing just came into my apartment one day to “replace faucets”. Sketchy huh? Well they claimed for be replacing the faucets for everyone and ended up putting a completely different faucet in my kitchen sink that never worked after that. I had to get a surveillance camera in the apartment after. Also, you only have HOT water certain times of the day. Good luck trying to find out when you can actually shower. Rent: if your not paying it online, then your screwed. You no longer have the overnight drop box option. You have to chase them around the apartment complex for DAYS to turn in rent. They’re never in the office; when they are they are super rude. Pool is filthy! Or closed all the time. Got towed 3 times with MY RESIDENT sticker and was not refunded my money! Neighbors would party till 5 am with a massive stench coming to my apartment of well of course marihuana so guess who could never invite their family members to visit? And now that I’m moving out, they claim they don’t do deposits. They said that the deposit was an admin fee and are refusing to give me my deposit. After I asked for a copy of my payments it’s there in black and white and they are still refusing to do so. They make THEIR own rules. And whatever they say goes. Wish I could give them 0 stars. This is just what I remember, but TRUST me you don’t want to live here!
They don't fix anything, they don't answer the phones, they are never in the office and the bugs are everywhere
Electric is always down in the worst times and they shut off the water for hours on end and wont turn in on unless a reasonable amount or neighbors complain. There are always ant issues no matter how many times maintainenance comes and sprays and not to mention bed bugs. Disgusting place
This apartment overall is pretty decent for the price, but the parking policies are ridiculous. Guests have to have a pass to park in a visitor spot, even if they are just stopping by for a few hours. The office will not give passes to residents to have on hand, so if a guest wants to come by when the office is not open, they will jot be allowed to park without being towed. Frustrating and unnecessary.
I have lived many places in over 20 years and Cooper Park is a nice place for the amount of rent charged. It's very well located close enough to UTA but not too close and the staff is really friendly. My repairs are done in a timely manner, which in some other places I lived I had to wait sometimes 3 - 4 days unless water was leaking. The maintenance guy comes at the latest the next day and sometimes the same day if I call early. I have a renovated unit and it's very big for a 2 bedroom over 1000 sq ft. I love that I can put a washer and dryer in my unit. They keep it clean and its quiet here at night. It's a relief to find an affordable place that's nice! I hope to be here for a while if nothing changes.
This property is looking good. The one bedroom is magnificent the way it was designed. The two bedroom there are two types and i don't care for the dining room at the front door. The 3 bedroom looks good from the model on line have not yet seen one.
the apartments are ok but could use some adjustments on three decor and style
I have been here for 9 months, and for the price maintenance, quality or the fixture, management, and over all livability could be better. There is no real amenities, and the washing facility they have is not large enough for the capacity of the apartments. Though you are given 1 parking spot it is not close to your unit and guest parking is terrible. Management has changed twice since I have been here along with the policies. Over all I would rate these apartments a 2 out of 5.
