Founded in 1971 by Diane & Bill Hansen, the company has steadily built its portfolio from a single duplex to 385 units by acquiring well-located properties and consistently providing renters with exceptional service that reflects the core values & culture we embrace as a company. The business is still operated today by the Hansen Family represented by its 2nd generation owner/operator Todd Hansen. Property Ratings at Copenhagen Enterprises
3/30/2024: I moved into my apartment in September of 2022 and have had a great experience with them! Maintenance was very quick and they even offer help with window A/C unit installation and removal. They also send notice of important things for residents to know in a timely manner. I recently requested to terminate my lease early and they were very clear about what steps I need to take and their move out expectations were very clear. Their apartments aren’t high end but it was perfect for me! No rodent, insect or other vermin issues either which I REALLY appreciate! I’d say this is a great place for someone moving out on their own for the first time. Really walkable area and easy to get to the suburbs (from the location I rented).
Good maintenance team. Simple affordable living. Only downside is a lot of pets.
The apartment itself and the company were both great. However, on-street parking was a bit iffy, crime around the area was a bit of a problem, and the area around the buildings in the city was a bit dirty. That said, there is off-street parking available for a fee. The management was courteous and responsive, I didn't have any problems, and the apartment was very nice.
