Copley Park

I would highly recommend NOT living here. The apartments are poorly built, not well kept, and poorly managed. We have lived here for almost 9 months and it has been nothing but a frustrating disaster. Want routine maintenance? You’ll have to leave about 25 messages and put in multiple requests. Having issues with neighbors? Good luck getting that taken care of. Our upstairs neighbors apartment flooded which created a water fall of disgusting water into our kitchen, laundry room, hallway, and guest bedroom. This has left stains all over ceilings and mold growth in the laundry room. The website states the main office is open all day M-F however, not once has someone answered the phone or returned a call. They continue to leave us hanging and living in a damaged unit. They state they care for us and our living conditions, but have yet to show this. The grassy areas outside are constantly filled with pet waste, trash, and mud so check your shoes! The dumpster also never works so there is always trash all over the complex. They do not have it plowed in the winter. Overall this place just sucks.

My college age son did not fully understand the 60 day notice (and rarely checks personal email) so they made him stay an extra month and proceeded to charge almost 3 times the normal rent with no justification except "market rate" --which was not true. Then charged $50 on move out for a closet door that would not stay on its tracks.

I have lived here at Copley for a little over a year now and I just have to say there is no better apartment staff than here. Lauren in the office is the nicest, most considerate person and she takes care of absolutely everything. Jesse on maintenance is on it all the time and I never have to wait long at all for my requests to be completed. They recently renovated my apartment at no cost and it is STUNNING. 1000% recommend.

The morning I signed the lease, the rent drops 5% that afternoon. The second day I moved in, it drops another 5%. It would not be this frustrating if price changed one week later. Before applying this apartment, you might need to learn some stock investing skills since large fluctuation could ruin your experience here.

As indicated by the reviews, this was previously a great place to live. New ownership took over April 2022 and the complex has since been abandoned. There is no access to amenities and no one at the office, so you must now pick up packages from the post office. There is also no lawn care, no new flowers, with the exception of the grass which is so neglected it has started to bloom. The only way to contact a representative is a drive to a neighboring complex, as phone numbers have been blocked and emails go unanswered. I have lived here since the complex opened, and will be vacating as soon as my lease expires…or sooner if I could find someone to contact.

We have been staying at Copley Park temporarily during a home renovation and the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. If an issue popped up, they were quick to help resolve it as best they could and Beau, in particular, has been a tremendous help throughout our stay. The pool was great in the warmer months and the gym is very convenient to use, as well. We highly recommend Copley Park, whether you are in need of a short-term or long-term residence.

My husband and I have lived at Copley Park for a couple months, and we absolutely love it! The staff is amazing, and maintenance is always there to fix our issues the same day! We love the workout space- it is always so clean and never crowded! Thanks Copley Park for an amazing living experience!

We have recently moved into Copley Park Apartments and we have had a wonderful experience so far. The team members are attentive and caring and the monthly resident activities are fun!

I have lived at Copley Park for about 4 years, and the customer service is top notch! I always suggest it any time someone is looking for an apartment! The units themselves are updated and spacious, and the location cannot be beat!

I have been living here about 3 years and this is the best apartment complex I have lived in by far. The staff and maintenance are extremely polite and move quickly with any requests. In addition, the neighbors are great as well!

So glad I found this place! I moved here somewhat apprehensively and with pretty high expectations due to loving my previous complex. From the moment I got in contact with Copley Park staff, Erin & Beau have been amazing. They’re super responsive and friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure residents’ needs are met. The complex itself is in a great spot—slightly in the cut, but close to absolutely everything. It’s is smaller and quiet, grounds are kept clean, and neighbors are respectful. Apartments are spacious, yet cozy. Parking is never an issue. Maintenance responds quickly and thoroughly. Utilities are through smaller subsidiary companies, but not bad. Highly recommend!

I was looking to move to this area and as soon as I inquired about this property, one of the leasing agents had contacted me to set up a tour. They were so kind and passionate about Copley Park. I had toured so many places but this was one I could truly see myself living in. Before I made a final decision (very indecisive over here), Beau was kind enough to let me take a SECOND tour just for me to confirm this is the one to choose. I would recommend this property to ANYONE looking to move to this area!

I love this place I have recently renewed my lease and maintenance team is always so quick with anything I need and the leasing staff is always kind and make u feel at home!!!

The management team is super friendly and always willing to chat with you. The Starbucks coffee bar is a huge plus too :D

Copley Park has been great ever since we moved in. We have lived in several apartments and Copley park has been the best yet! The staff truly cares about you and your needs. They are quick to fix anything you need and they truly make an apartment feel like a home. The apartments are clean, open, and spacious!

Looked into a lot of Champion properties when I arrived in Columbus, but moved into Copley Park almost a month ago, and haven't ran into any problems! The apartment was very well serviced and Erin and Beau do a great job following up with you to make sure it's perfect. The community is very welcoming as well, especially towards the new puppy I brought home who isn't totally trained yet. I would highly recommend looking into Copley Park if you like a quiet area, about a 10 minute drive to anything, a great pool and friendly neighbors & staff!

Lived here for almost 2 years. Only reason we left was because we ended up buying our own home. Management office was always available and looking to help. Maintenance issues were rare for us but they were very quick to fix/address if anything came up. Also in a pretty convenient area - close to 315/71/270 and about 10 minutes to Polaris/IKEA/Costco.

I’ve lived at Copley park for a year. Staff was always very friendly, informative and pleasant. Maintenance was great. The complex is quiet, the apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained. They have welcoming gifts, birthday gifts, free Starbucks coffee at the clubhouse, nice pool, clean gym and They always have events to get the residents together. Price is reasonable for the area!! Overall, it was a wonderful community to live in!! My boys and I loved our time at Copley park. If it wasn’t for taking a new job out of town; I would still be there.

My girlfriend and I moved in maybe 5 months ago and we love it here, if we could choose any management company it would for sure be Champion from our experience here at Copley Park. The staff are great!

I just moved into Copley Park this week and I've had a great experience! Kat and Kali and team have made my move here smooth, with minimal hiccups. I have gotten my apartment furnished with the help of CORT furniture and I absolutely love it! De'Argo helped me with my first maintenance request the morning after we put the work order in. I feel so taken care of by the team, and I know that if I have any concerns I will be able to raise them and they'll be taken care of right away - such excellent service!

I relocated from CA to Ohio and the whole relocation process was tough as it is, thankfully the staff especially Jordyn and Sara were very helpful with the application process got me approved the same day I went to take a look at the apartment with $0 deposit had me moved in 2 days after. I love the suite the staff is very friendly and beyond helpful.

Nobody enjoys moving, but having to do it without seeing where you’ll live first is even scarier. Jordyn was extremely helpful with my transition from Chicago back to the area. She answered all my questions and was always so friendly, no matter how many times I had to call with another question. The entire team at Copley Park goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The apartments themselves are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier.

Copley Park is unlike anywhere else I have ever lived! The apartments are very sleek, stylish, and maintained very well. Jordyn, Sarah, and JJ are so helpful and kind and they make living there even more enjoyable!!!

I got transferred to Columbus for work so I had to search online for a place to live. This is scary because most people include myself like to see the apartment in person before making a commitment. However, Jordyn eased my worries and made sure she made my application process as easy as possible! Moving is never easy, especially when it comes for moving from city to city. When looking for a place to call home I couldn’t believe how perfect Copley park was. For my roommate and myself Copley park was perfectly in the middle of both of our jobs. The apartments Really surprised us. Most other apartments in the area were much smaller with standard ceilings. The office staff has always been more than happy to help us with any questions or concerns that we have had. We decided to stay for another year because of how wonderful this hidden gem really is.

I have been at Copley Park starting my 4th year. I signed my first lease with Jordyn. She always had a smile and would take care of any problems. Now she is back, just signed my new lease with her. Copley Park's apartments are very nice, but the real reason to live here is the staff. They make it feel like living at an upscale hotel at times. When we had a maintenance issue (which was resolved same day), they left a hand written card on our door the next day apologizing for any inconvenience. For Valentine's Day, they left a bag of microwave popcorn and a free Redbox rental. On my birthday, there was a card and cookie on the door. The difference between Copley Park's service and our previous apartment's is startling. Whereas I felt like a customer at our old apartment, Copley Park makes me feel like a wanted guest in so many ways that I can't list them all here.

I only had one day to look for apartments before moving to Columbus from out of state. I definitely lucked out finding Copley Park! Not only is the facility beautiful, the staff is great and so are the tenants. I was nervous moving into a big complex, but it's quiet and doesn't have the normal apartment complex feel. The staff in the clubhouse know you by name and are always timely when you need something. They've also been holding some great resident events where I was even able to meet a great friend whom I wouldn't have met without attending! Parking is never a hassle either. My only complaint is my electric bill is unreal in the winter (around $110-$150) and every money it's about $17 for the "common kwh" that cover the clubhouse electricity and parking lot lights. I've head this is a problem at other complex's as well so I don't quite understand why it's so expensive. I highly recommend Copley Park to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, family-friendly or young professional complex to call home!

I stayed at Copley Park apartments and am very pleased by the service they provided. They understand your problems and try and work with you as a team to work out a possible solution. I am so glad to meet the management team at Copley Park, especially Beau. He is extremely helpful and understanding.

I love my new apartment that has all the amenities that I was looking for. It is a smaller, friendly, well-taken care of community that I am enjoying every day. The staff deserve 5 stars PLUS! Beau and Stephanie have been a pleasure to work with and cover every aspect of your move. When I drive in, I know I am H O M E !

I love living at Copley Park! The management staff is great and is always willing to help with me with anything I need. I was on a family vacation and a package was delivered and sitting at my door. I called the office to ask if someone could pick up my package so it wasn't sitting outside for days. Management staff was nice enough to go to my apartment and bring my package back to the office for me to pick up when I returned from my vacation! I love the spacious layout, updated finishes, and appliances! I would recommend Copley Park to anyone who is looking for affordable living with updated finishes.

I would recommend Copley Park to anyone in Columbus looking for a spacious, fairly-priced apartment! My girlfriend and I moved here last month after living in an older complex for two years. Frustrated by an aging building and unresponsive staff, we were looking for a change to both of those problems while still avoiding paying a fortune in rent. Copley Park has exceeded every expectation we had! We now live in a brand new, two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment that costs less than $100 more than we were quoted to renew at our previous one-bedroom built in the 1970s. We love the natural night, high quality appliances, and modern feel. The complex was clearly built with care and attention to detail. Finally and in some ways most important, the staff at Copley Park are second to none! They have responded to all of our concerns with the utmost efficiency and always have a smiling face when we see them. Maintenance dealt with a single issue in less than 24 hours and even left a nice note after! In short, I strongly recommend Copley Park and am very happy to live here.

Copley Park has great facilities and staff. The buildings seem to be recently built and the apartments are extremely clean with nice carpet, floors, and countertops; the clubhouse has a nice common area, fitness center, and touch-screen Starbucks coffee machine; the pool is kept clean and has cornhole boards poolside! Copley is close to almost anything you need (groceries, gas, gym, etc.), some of which are a few hundred feet away. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and nice overall. My only complaint is the lack of recycling options. If you have questions, Ally is super kind and helpful to talk to and made the process of securing an apartment and moving in painless. I definitely recommend Copley Park!

I have been living here for a month and the facilities are great. Everything here is so neat and tidy. It is located close to Polaris Mall and you have access to almost everything nearby. Ally and Beau are great people and are always there if you need them. They also held a Tuesday Trash Valet and Treat yourself Thursdays for the month of May which was a great initiative. I would recommend Copley Park to anyone for a perfect stay.

I have been living here for over a year now and LOVE it so much I just resigned for 13 more moths! The office staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. The clubhouse is always a postive place to visit, grab packages, a beverage, or just to say "hi". I coudln't imagine living anywhere else! The location is great, too, because of it's close proximity to Polaris Mall!

I cannot begin to tell everyone how amazing Jordyn is, she is such a lovely person. She is down to earth and friendly. I was in a bad situation and she worked to get us in a beautiful new apartment. I appreciate her heart and work ethic!!

The apartment complex atmosphere is safe, cozy, and clean. If you like to live close to practically everything (dining, shopping, and entertainment) but still enjoy a peaceful surrounding this is your place. On top it, Jordyn and Beau are super property managers. They are always welcoming and are ready to listen to any reasonable requests. We both love living here and I am glad we chose Copley Park.

The staff is very friendly and inviting. Maintenance takes care of issues in a timely manner. The property is very clean. Gym and pool onsite! Great apartment to live in.

Beau & Jordyn were so helpful and sweet during my rental process. This community is the perfect size, and close enough to everything, but without all of the crazy traffic. Groceries, shopping, & restaurants are all within a 5-10 minute drive. The clubhouse is great, the workout facilities are wonderful to have, and the free coffee is a great perk! Overall, extremely happy with my decision to live at Copley. :)

I love living here! We are going on our second year living here and I could not have asked for a better experience! The management is always friendly and helpful and respond very quickly to whatever I need. I highly recommend living here!

I'm really glad we came to Copley Park. The apartments inside are new and modern, and really nice. I toured with my husband and we both really liked it. It's cozy for him and I, and big enough for a family. The management is also very knowledgeable and helpful.
