We couldn't be more thrilled to hear you enjoy living at ARIUM at Highlands Ranch!
We have lived on Arium properties since 2020! From every place we lived, we have enjoyed Arium the most! This specific location has improved since Arium has taken over - it definitely needs more upgrades to the amenities, landscape, and kitchen appliances to be compared to "Arium standards" from previous experience. The staff is always friendly, and the maintenance is always excellent! We can't wait to see how Arium evolves this location in Highlands Ranch!

As a property manager, picking my new home can be tough. Ive been nothing but impressed at ARIUM! Everyone is responsive, theres community events, and amenities are great.
I have had to move several times since my husband passed away suddenly four years ago - and the ARIUM has been my favorite! I like the location, the size of my apartment, the pool area, quiet, friendly neighbors, and clean grounds/parking lots! The rent is affordable for me, and with being alone - I really appreciate that part!
Its quiet here and the other residents are friendly.
Is very simple, ARIUM is a great place to live at! Weve been here for 3 years and we love it.
The administration of this community has been very helpful since day one, they have solve any emergency and have provide support to me when was need it. This community is very clean and well organize, there gym, Dog and swimming pool are well administrative and maintain.
This community has been welcoming, and perfect location to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, parks, and a short drive to Denver! We love living here! The area is safe and clean, and the property management is friendly and super efficient! (Very important to us) I would highly recommend ARIUM to anyone I know :) PS: we LOVE the property bunnies its magical!
The apartments are in excellent in layout and ease of cleaning. The inside of the unit is very nice and quiet. The amenities are clean and very accessible. No complaints at all.
We first lived at the Arium property in Tampa, FL which was our best experience living in a community! We now transferred to the Highlands Ranch, CO location and they have also exceeded our expectations. Most friendliest, quickest, professional, and compassionate team! We would recommend Arium to anyone, and we have already!
I love living at the atrium its a great location I can find everything I need within 5 mile radio's. Mostly pepole I meet are nice friendly and the staff and the maintenance are quite friendly the gym is really nice and clean can't wait for this summer to try out the rest of the clubhouse
This community is a safe, clean and well manage, you can feel all that around this neighborhood, their Administration and Maintance staff are very friendly and welcoming .
I am in my 6th year here and will stay as long as I'm able. It is very convenient to my children and their families; I am very comfortable here and really enjoy my location in the complex. The grounds are kept very clean---shoveling in the winter and mowing in the summer and am very pleased with the new face-lift we have gotten this year.
The management team is simply awesome. It makes a huge difference when the staff actually take time and care.
I am extremely pleased with my unit and help from the staff. I am extremely happy that I chose to live here.
Arium is a very clean, safe and well organize community, their staff employees are very honest and follow their words.
I love our apartment, we never heard our upstairs neighbors until the kid upstairs started skating down the hallway. But it’s not like the office can reject an applicant because they have rude kids. But in general I don’t hear the neighbors. The 10 foot ceilings are really nice. I do wish the appliances were better, our fridge is super small. Our stove only has one big burner. Our washer/dryer only have one choice for cycle so I have to dry clean delicates. But the layout of the 2 bedroom is fantastic for us. One of us works nights so having the rooms far away from the living room saves us a lot of sleep. My biggest complaint with the office is they never, ever answer their phone. And they’ve been renovating the office for months and months now (which...why? It was fine?) so unless you can get them to answer the phone you can’t reach them. My other complaint is about the corporate owners. The office staff here can’t change any corporate policies so I don’t blame them. $40 per rent a month for a cat is ridiculous. And charging a $200 ‘fee’ to have a month to month lease is a real crappy look. Everyone knows it’s a money grab to avoid those eviction-canceling government measures with the pandemic. Being a greedy company when people are going homeless just makes me feel gross for renting from them.
ARIUM is a Lovely Community. Its quiet, the people are friendly, the area is well kept and clean, the apartments are cozy, the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful and its a great and convenient location.
Comfortable place. The building is in a good location. Near shopping centers and friendly staff.
Nice quite place to live with reasonable rent and a great maintenance and management team who are very responsive.
It is so different from what it was like when I first moved it here in July 2019. Please, please do something about the litter all over the parking lots and the lawns and the walkways and the overflowing garbage and recycling bins. Because of the pandemic, everyone is working and going to school here and therefore there is more litter and garbage and recycling. Please increase the service accordingly. We pay so much and it is so depressing to live here.
ARIUM is a quiet residence and I can always find parking near my apartment. All new appliances inside which work pretty well!
The space seemed nice enough, albeit outdated, but the rent was reasonably priced compared to other locations. Well, I quickly found out why. -The old appliances had multiple issues. -Very, very little sound insulation. This, combined with old construction, meant I heard -everything- that the neighbors did and every footstep they took. If they went to the bathroom, I heard it. If they had people over, I heard it. If they set off the fire alarm (which happened more times than I can count), I heard it. -My upstairs neighbors were extremely disruptive. I fully understand that living on the bottom floor will involve some level of sound that comes from them, but preferably this doesn't happen between the hours of 11 pm and 6 am, and for whatever reason, that seems to be when these folks were most active. There was almost no sound insulation and the floorboards from upstairs creeked terribly. This was by far the worst time I've ever had trying to sleep in a living space. Besides never being able to sleep, my apartment constantly smelling like weed because it leaked in from the bathroom vents, and the general lack of action taken by management, my daily life became a routine of wondering what shenanigans were going to happen today, or how late the neighbors would stay up and moving around, or what bass-heavy songs they were going to play. -Trash was constantly overflowing at the dumpsters. -There was a particular individual who liked to let his two hunting dogs run off leash in the complex, which was -super- fun to run into while trying to walk my own dog. It took a couple calls and photographic proof, but management finally talked to the individual and he started to leash his dogs. For about a month. Then it was back to no leash, and silence from management. The community: -People were generally friendly and the complex itself was maintained well enough. Enough dog poop to notice, but probably nowhere near compared to the actual volume of dog owners living there. There were some nice grassy areas that gave kids room to play or dogs room to run around a bit. One year was more than enough for me here and I moved out as soon as I could. The cherry on top was that they decided to not refund my entire deposit, charging me 160 bucks for miscellaneous cleaning. I can guarantee that I kept that place exactly as it was because I made up my mind within a month or two of moving in that I would not want to stay here. Stay away.
Arium at highlands ranch has created a very comfortable living environment. The management Team never fails to make ya feel welcome and right at home.
Its a great place to live. The staff is great and its conveniently located.
ARIUM is a great place to live. The customer service and maintenance help is quick and convenient. Thank you
The team at Arium treat us like family. And that is all one can ask of their Property leadership team. To research, respond and care for their tenants.
I am pleased to live here because it fits all my needs; I am enjoying the children and the animals, and the lovely plants and flowers they have placed around the office complex! I'm pleased that they are sprucing up the place to give us a more attractive appearance!!
ARIUM is a great place to live. The location is great with my kids having easy access to a great education.
Arium is a great place to live and raise a family. The staff is awesome and the location is super convenient. 5 stars from me.
Havent really had any issues, maybe carpeting on 2nd floor, I can hear a phone vibrating from the apartment upstairs. Pretty expensive though for the amenities provided.
Very simple this is my home!
Great place to raise a family and super close to shopping, schools, and parks. I love it here.
Poor maintenance of grounds during the winter season. Dangerous conditions.
We have been living at the Highlands Ranch location for almost 2 yrs now. Last winter the walkways were seldom cleaned after snow fall. Maintenance used an ATV with a snow blade. This mostly destroyed all the sprinkler heads and left a lot of walkways covered in snow. This past Tuesday we had over 2 feet of snow. This job requires a snowblower. Maintenance broke 3 shovels and after clearing the office walkways and one in front of the playground, the rest of the property was not touched. Ice melt was sprinkled on top of the snow. Ice melt only works on ice. For the last few days the sun melted some of the snow but all turned to ice. We have other neighbors express their discontent as well. We did not have our mothers come over for Thanksgiving due to the dangerous sidewalks. The UPS man had a very difficult time delivering packages. My husband twisted his ankle, my son slipped and fell. This is unacceptable since we pay for the services. We also have noticed that the price of our water has more than doubled since we moved and it keeps going up every month even though the sprinklers have been off. We would like a meter reading of our unit to see if there's an issue with the water use or if there's a leak. Other tenants will also be posting their comments and reaching out to management. If you need pictures of the sidewalks that were cleaned and the ones that were not I have those available.
I understand that new ownership and or management can take time to work out the kinks. With that being said, communication with the office is sparse and often difficult. I have to walk into the office to get an answer or whatever it is Im needing.
I've been here since July 2018 and have been incredibly content with the community. It's quiet and peaceful and the maintenance crew has always been quick to resolve any issues.
Do not move here unless they start making changes.
The parking situation needs to be addressed. Residents definitely have more then one car per adult.
I've only needed to request service twice but both times the response was prompt, the maintenance staff was fully capable, and the service/repair was fully completed. I could not be more happy with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff. Keep up the great work!

Great feedback - thank you for sharing this. We are happy to have you here!
AWFUL PLACE. UNFRIENDLY MANAGEMENT CHARGE FEES WITHOUT NOTICE. THEY WON'T CALL YOU IF THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FEES BUT THEY WILL DEFINITELY GET IN TOUCH WITH COLLECTIONS BEFORE THEY CALL YOU!
I would not recommend this community due to its no smoking policy. I do not smoke however I did have friends and visitors that do. It was very hard to enforce this rule to grown adults.
Maintenance seems to be more worried about saving budget than resolving issues, seems like a management issue versus the technicians.
Kim was excellent and the facilities were great. Unfortunately, afterwards, I realized this was not in my price range but I would recommend it to anyone looking
I think it's a nice place, but only for people who never intend to have anyone over who smokes. Or vapes cause I imagine you include that.
I love this complex---it is right where I need it to be and very comfortable! I would recommend it to anyone looking!
Ryan and Kimberly were very informative, very friendly and right there getting me answers to so many questions. They were a reason that helped me make my decision to rent here.
