Wish I could post the pictures of the issues I've had from day one. The person that wrote this is a modern day slum complex was not lying. On my move in day the apartment was not cleaned with it being apparent spider webs, dead roaches/waterbugs on the carpet in the bedroom. I actually asked the person doing the walk through with me if they had another unit I could get over this one because of how poor everything look. I vacuumed the carpet before I brought anything into the room and vacuumed 2 canisters of dirt up. I've lived out of my boxes because I haven't unpacked much of anything because the cabinetry in the bathroom and kitchen is terribly old, filthy, and looks like it has mold on it. Again wish I could post pictures here to prove what I'm saying is true. We've had 2 severe rainstorms in early Jan 24 where the window has leaked into the apartment. When I say leaked I mean 2 towels were completely soaked and if they weren't there the water would have overflowed the bay window and unto the floor. There's obvious water damage and the entire window area needs to be replaced and to address that they sent maintenance to put more caulk on the outer window seal. Band aids. My cousin owns his own HVAC business so he looked at my unit one day and we discovered the unit is as old as the building it seems and has mold on the blower compartment which is what is being blown into my apartment and I'm breathing now. I know it's mold because we did 2 mold tests with a lab result for one of them to give to the apartments so they can replace the unit. That test returned Jan 9 and it's now March 2 with still no communication from them on how they will/or if they will fix anything. Again I have the picture evidence for these claims. The final straw for me is the fact that I didn't move in here with roaches but seems I may move out of here with them. As I stated earlier I haven't unpacked much of anything because of how filthy everything was well the roaches have invaded my stuff as I'm seeing them in my boxes now and looks like I will be trashing a good bit of my stuff so I don't bring anything with me. The one bright spot about living here is that they were ok with me breaking my lease and us parting ways. I've only been here 5 months and have never broken any other lease for any other apartment complex. For what they charge find anything else unless you are ok with living in substandard conditions.

This place is a modern day slum complex. Nasty, uncommunicative and outdated. Spend a little more time and research before committing to this HELL.

They will not fix my air conditioner! My work order was submitted on April 5 and it's still not repaired. They said it should be repaired within 48 hours but it is well past that. We have had 9 straight days over 80 degrees according to the news. The temperature in the apartment has reached 87 degrees as I live on the second floor.

No idea what it's like to live here, but if my experience just trying to visit is any indication, STAY AWAY. The prices here and on their website are not what they quote you in person, and they don't actually have availability for a few months. I scheduled a tour over the phone, only to get there and be told that they aren't doing in person tours. Not a good look.

I stay in copper creek now at first it was fine but due to lack of property management there is trash on ground everywhere near dumpster only one dumpster for whole neighborhood so it gets pretty full fast. Which have had rats take over the neighborhood. Come in the evening they are in the parking lot in the walls and sometimes in front on the door. You can ask anyone who lives here and they will tell you about the rats. The leasing office will say anything to get you to leave and never get to talk to manager but talk to assistant instead. They will also charge your account extra money and not be able to tell you why they did . They will tell you to email corporate but no one emails you back . This has been a terrible living experience

I've been reaching out to these people for three months and the property manager Kelley and one of the assistance named Amaya have been ignoring me. Yes I was denied but things happen for a reason found a better community but anyways with that denial I've been nice about the situation and asking for my refund back no one is cooperating with me. They aren't returning my calls or anything they said once they find where my money went too and the check comes they'll call me back yeah right it's been 3 months now... Please don't let these people play you be very cautious.

The front office is beautiful but take a drive around the community and you’ll be quickly disenchanted. Trash is everywhere and the property is poorly maintained. Its impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office or in corporate. Don’t waste your time or money. Also they have a rat issue which they choose to ignore reports of.

This apartment complex exceeds my expectations in many ways. Last month, I called maintenance regarding some concerns with my pluming in my restroom. Within minutes, one of the maintenance workers, (Omar) was at my door with all of the right supplies! He properly fixed my pluming, and there has been no issues since. *Bonus* he even took my trash for me on his way out!! -Blessed in a great environment

This apartment complex is filled with roaches. They are everywhere and will not go away no matter the treatment plan. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Copper Creek has a serious bug problem.

Don't move into a place where people don't care about your health and safety, which is exactly the management at Copper Creek. Kelly and the whole team will literally lie to your face just to get our of a jam. DAMSEN!!! you really need to look into the type of people you have representing your company. This is atrocious living conditions, management, and a poor level of customer care, but I guess you already knew that. Moral of the story is - - find a different place to live in beautiful Charlotte east.

Copper Creek is poor because they would say they coming to fix something and don’t fix NOTHING! you have to keep going to the rent office just to keep telling them the same stuff over. My tub or my refrigerator is still not fix and my tub been like that since I first moved in. I been telling them about my refrigerator since 3 months ago and they always claim they coming to fix it or put a new one in there the same day but nobody EVER comes out to fix it. This is not a good place to move in and the pictures thru showing online is not what you paying for.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at an apartment complex. Since the moment I moved in there were issues and the ladies at the office are unprofessional. They don’t truly care about the tenants. My A/C has been broken for 37 days now and we’re going into July. I can’t sleep comfortably in my own home. I can’t have family or friends visit because it’s too hot. I’ve actually began working over time just so I can be in a space that’s cool rather than coming home. I’ve requested to have this repaired more than four times and it is still broken. I don’t understand how they could treat tenants like this and not even have the decency to respond or give updates. Please, save yourself grief and do not move here just because the advertised pictures look good or the price is reasonable. It’s worth paying a little extra if you can, to at least live in a habitable environment and be treated well by the property management. It’s unethical, truly. And previous times when I had placed a maintenance request they come into your home without notice even if you check the option that someone must be home and to be notified prior to entry. This makes me uncomfortable and not at ease, like anyone can enter without knowing who has been in my apartment. This place doesn’t feel like a home, do not move here unless you have no other option...
