Property Ratings at COPPER CREEK II
There is so many problems with this place. There are multiple aggressive dogs around the complex. People don’t clean up after their dogs so there’s a lot of poop all around. They will literally lie to your face just to get you to move here. The ac doesn’t work that well so we had to buy our own. There’s always something that needs to be fix around the apartment. Roof leaks, storage knob, holes in walls, critters in attic, the floors peeling up, paint on the floor, paint peeling off cabinets and countertops. The management is even worse. I hate going there considering that they always seem like they’re right. I told them there was rust in the sink and they said it was normal and did nothing about it. Everything is falling apart and copper creek ll is by far the worst apartment I ever rented from.
Ac broke every month in the summer 91 in my apartment for 4 days and took them 2 weeks to replace it also maintenance is very lazy had to threaten to not pay rent for them to fix it! Also office people are very rude and disrespectful! Infested apartments with roaches everywhere! They do not spray but they say they do never seen it happen ever! Also your mail box will get robbed so good luck getting your packages or mail!
This apartments might seem nice . But complete opposite everything’s seems to be falling apart . We had a bed big problem and they didn’t even care at all .. they first response was “our apts don’t have bed bugs “ keep in mind that wen we moved in and they showed the property it still had furniture and they got the apt ready within a couple of days .. we payed for pest control . After waiting for 3 weeks and kept reminding them wen wore they coming .. not only that . A month later I saw another bug went to report it to the office they never showed up to fix the problem. Had to take manners into my own hands very frustrating specially with a new born and having to throw away all our furniture.. they make u feel like ur wrong and they are wrong me and my family are so happy our lease is almost over .. it hasn’t felt like home at all now that the pipes are broken and it doesn’t seem to be their priority to fix !! It’s been days and still they wen I call for update they say they don’t know .. how long can someone go with no water ???
Apartments are well taken care of, the community is calm and quiet. Everyone stays to themselves and the office staff is helpful
I moved in August 2020 and the apartment has roaches! On move-in day there was a bug's nest by the window. The roaches are inside the appliances and their pest control is ineffective. Do Not Move Here!!! They also do not have enough spaces for visitor parking.
This is a horrible place to live. I've been here 7 months and i am ready to leave. When we first moved here we had to clean our own apartment. Then they never came to clean our carpet. We did everything ourselves. The office staff is very poor. They are rude and disrespectful . My apartment has had the same problems since i moved in nothing had been fixed. The gate and the front is broke so anybody can get in and out. The neighbors are loud and rude also. The kids here are disrespectful they cuss at adult i wouldn't let my children go outside.
I have lived here about a year and a half and I think it is a great complex. Staff is great, manager is very nice and understanding, maintenance is very swift with requests although I have not had to put many requests in. Maybe 2. Neighbors were very nice. I feel very safe in this apartment complex being a single mother with kids, that's very important. its a very quiet complex. Never heard of any break ins or anything else. I really love living here. It is really a place that I enjoy calling home. I would, and have recommended this complex to other people. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there was roaches here and there, but nothing bad. I might see one a month. And they are on top of pest control if you need it. But I feel how clean you keep your apartment is the amount of roaches you will see. But I have seen very few. Other than that, I have no complaints at all. Wonderful place!
There are only 12 month lease options. So if you're needing short term until you found the perfect place... This is not the complex for you. The carpet is very outdated and dirty and when I moved in there were roaches and I had to get rid of them on my own. Basically, this complex is very old and is in dire need of renovation. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
