Property Ratings at Copper Flats
You have your tag on your car or not. Your car will get told. Maintenance is never available. It will take over 2 years for you to get anything fixed. They will put your information out for everybody to see. They do not have Dropbox, so if they send you information saying that you need to have something by lesson the next day and the same day you are works. So you cannot make it guess what? You will be in trouble because they do not have a Dropbox.The mailbox are always getting broken into. Your car is constantly being told whether you have your tag on it or not. His place is a nightmare. This four star is a lie.
I moved in about two months ago and am very happy with the apartment. It is really nice and spacious with good quality cabinets, fixtures and appliances. The complex is quiet enough and even the traffic from the highway right behind is not particularly a bother. Overall, a great value in a great location.
Just moved in but so far it has been great. Neighbors are polite, it is very quiet, smooth move in. Apartment is nice, a little smaller than where I came from, a little more storage would be helpful. Generally a nice, solid apartment. A little better detail cleaning before move in would be the only thing (vents, switches, couple cabinet doors and knobs). Property looks well maintained, trash areas are not piled with junk like some apartments.
It’s very calm around here. Really nice to live in. A lot of places nearby to go grab a bite and spend quality time with friends and family.
I would avoid this complex. The value of what you pay isn’t worth what you get with this unit. Front office staff are not friendly, they don’t care about you, they just want your money.
Pretty good love it here and the neighbourhood. needs to work on communication between staff and tenants, the other than that pretty good community.
The overall process was great, Sam has been really kind worked with me on any questions I had. I would of given 5 stars if the condition of the unit itself was move in ready. Dirty with cosmetic issues but there’s been no hot water. Inconveniences at most though overall happy with things so far.
Very homey, convenience in location. Dishwasher and microwave were not working when first moved in. Nice staff, maintenance requests take a bit of time to be completed however do get completed.
This place is INFESTED with roaches and other bugs and mold. The master bedroom never had any heat even in the winter months and we were forced to sleep in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom smells like mold after awhile! They promised that they would clean out the vents but never did. They randomly put an extra “garbage fee” charge halfway through our lease which would’ve been fine if they actually took the garbage. Garbage would be sitting there for days. It’s right near the train tracks where they are homeless ppl just roaming around, I did not feel safe just walking around the complex. Our car was broken into twice just in the first year! The gate was NEVER closed which allowed for randos and to just enter the complex! They never give just access to the gym and changed the locks they went on for almost a year so we only had access to the gym when the office was open. They refused to take back the keys early when and insisted on taking it on the day our lease ended which was in the middle of the week when we have work and live almost 2 hrs away from that location. All around not the greatest place to live. Spend your money elsewhere!
Everyone has been so HELPFUL!! and very NICE!! This place here @ Copperflats Apartment's is very nice and up to Date on there Apartment Buildings and they have a lot here to do, far as entertainment!!
Mailbox got broke into and a special package was stolen. Car alarms going off daily and nightly. Neighbors are nice and staff is helpful. Maintenance is kind and thorough.
I just moved in, and so far everything seems lovely! I love how quiet the neighborhood seems overall. The amenities that come in the apartment are quite nice
Best place I've move to so far. Friendly staff and ready to help. Lovely space with lots of amazing spots to walk and hang out. Gorgeous apartments that are well taken care of.
Great unit with all new appliances. The valet trash is a great service and the place is very quiet. A couple of cons are the amount of potholes throughout the complex, but I guess that comes with the weather. Also, there is a bunch of mosquitos throughout the complex. Especially in front of every door. Otherwise, great place to be!
The move in was very easy. We love the resident portal. All staff we have met are very kind. Nice apartment, love the floor plan. Really appreciate the smooth and easy application and pre move in & move in process. You all made it so easy. Thank you.
While i loved it when i first moved here, the quality has slowly gone down. Cars constantly going off outside, problems with my auto-pay even though i double checked my bank, homeless population and racoons continue to go through the dumpsters. Gates are always open so what's the point of them/advertising it as a gated community. Overall loud and sub-par quality for how much you're paying. It's ok as a transition for finding a better place but not as a long-term rental, have found much better places since getting here for only a little bit extra.
Easy move in process. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Glad to call this place our new home. We are so much closer to work. There is minor issues with the apartment but maintenance will fix it ASAP.
These apartments are the homiest I’ve ever felt in any apartment. What makes this experience so much better , is the Office Manager she is sooo great ! This place wouldn’t be a 5 star if it wasn’t for her.
Alright just can’t wait to head out of here. Nice little area. Then gets so dirty no one cleans by the trash can. I see roaches everywhere not a good place to stay
I wouldn’t recommend living here. Roaches left and right and the other people living here can attest to that. They still haven’t fixed that problem. When there was a huge issue in our apartment, it took them months to handle that. We had to share one room paying full rent. If you want to live in a miserable place then this is for you.
Standards have dropped since moving on 5 years ago. Mgr. Is Professional yet many tenants don't care about where they love. It's looking trashy, Maintenance isn't good except for one person.
Super great community, they took care of any issues pretty much right away. We have lived here for about a week and the move was smooth sailing
It’s been great so far. Great community to live in. Just struggle sometimes with parking. But it’s been an overall good experience. Maintenance people are nice and helpful.
Everything was good except the roaches and the slow urgency to take care of it. The rooms are spacious and the complex is quiet. Super pet friendly and well lit to walk at night.

Apartment was not ready for move in. Ton of stuff was broke.
For sure I would recommend Copper Flats. There are a lot of apartments in the Denver area. It's the people that make the difference.

Nothing against the apartment complex specifically, but the area has a lot of constant sirens from the proximity to the jospitals
The furniture that is collected on the side of the trash dumpster... It's embarrassing because you want to have company over but when they arrive there's piles of furniture on the side.. I recommend getting a roll off or getting the gates fixed because unknown people also have a tendency to just dumb there trash to
Rent is ok but the time it takes for maintenance to handle a request is to long

Based on my first time visiting this establishment I recognized the people were very welcoming and nice.
I am less than 10 min away from work, like the layout, the space. The outside looks. Rent is bit pricey. Over all satisfying experience.
Theyre nice apts and the staff is very friendly. But my apt wasn't complete so it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I like the area, the train is just right behind the apartments and the staff is very helpful and the prices are great.
I certainly would recommend it to people because of the warm atmosphere and the lively staff. Always willing to help out anyone and keeping good maintenance over the grounds.

For the time I have been here and the closeness to my work this has been a great place to live. WIth all the snow and the inability for the area to be shoveled before I had to be at work it hasn't been al that great. Still waiting for the fire extinguisher to be replaced. The gates on my side of the complex has worked maybe 7 days in a row. It has not been working most of the time I have lived here.
Not sure whats going on with the staff, but reaching them is next to impossible! Not a great look for lincoln properties!! Just saying...
