The most friendly, professional and helpful staff you could ask for. Megan was very welcoming and engaging. She is full of knowledge and provides great customer service. It's great to meet a staff member with positive vibes. Because of her I looked and leased on the same day. Jessica is a bundle of kindness, and a great manager. I can tell that she takes care of her team because you can feel the rapport. They all seem very family oriented. From a property stand point, it's a lovely and great first impression of an apartment community. Its very peaceful here. Neighbors are really nice, and quiet. I don't see children running wild through the community. People pick up after their pets, so you know you're around upper class individuals. Neigbors here carry themselves with pride so what more can you ask for? I havent had any issues with pest thank GOD! Overall; I give this place a 10. Also if you ever want to meet a cool maintenance woman, then this is the place.
EDIT: NEVER LIVE HERE THIS CROOKED BEHIND COMPANY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS AFTER NOT RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS ABOUT ADJUSTING THEIR WRONGFUL CHARGES. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT MOVE HERE IT'S THE WORSE! Copper Hill was my first apartment after relocating to Texas (choose it blindly with two weeks to relocate) and although the neighborhood was quiet I was not pleased with my stay. From the first two weeks (Sept 2016) until now I've dealt with at least two roaches per day. Although they baited my apartment and sprayed often the roach problem was never fixed. I reported the problem on 7 different occasions (via phone, in-person, and email). Additionally, the plumbing was horrible! When you run your washer there would be a squealing sound throughout the house until the load was finish. This also applies to running the kitchen sink. I experienced clogging in both my tub and sink simultaneously due to an old tenant that put eyeliner shavings and hair down the drains. On top of the plumbing and roaches, the cabinetry was falling apart in the kitchen with the wood being dry rotten under the sink. I believe it's from the moisture trapped in the house because even the paint started bubbling from the walls. The wood creaked when my neighbors walked around causing me to get horrible sleep as I could hear them enjoying one another at night. Yes, this is an apartment but the inconvenience of hearing my neighbors all day and night caused me to loathe my home away from home. There was supposed to be renovations in the apartment and from the looks of it there is still 1986 structures within. The sink in the kitchen was not a double sink like I expected but one sink that made it difficult to wash dishes. The floors are lamented and due to the moisture in the bathroom it would bubble up as well. I believe the person that lived here prior smoked because when I walk into the apartment I can still smell the disgusting tobacco seeping through the walls. All in all, I wouldn't recommend if you can afford something nicer but I would if you just need somewhere to stay and the amenities are not important to you.

At first, I thought these were great apartments, but let me just say that they will screw you over given the chance. The last day I lived here was September of 2016 and on my last day, I had everything paid for. At least I thought I did. Until today, I sent in my application for a new apartment and I was told that I have an unpaid balance of $314 from cleaning and changed appliances. I didn't find out about this till TODAY! When I'm trying to move and it was marked up on against my credit. The leasing agent told me I was supposed to have move out statement. So all I have to say is, be careful guys. They will screw you over.

On July 25, 2017, my five-year-old daughter spotted a rat while using her restroom. My wife notified management of the rate and was told the property manager that maintenance and pest control would be called to come out. Maintenance showed up however pest control did not. Maintenance was unable to locate any signs of the rate. On August 3, 2017, my wife was in the living room when she saw the rat run along the wall and into our kid’s bathroom. My wife ran out of the apartment and to our neighbor’s apartment seeking help. Our downstairs neighbor came up to take a look. Once again, my wife went to the office and told management that someone needed to come out to our apartment. My wife told management that she was not going back into that apartment and as of Aug. 8th her nor my kids have been back in our apartment. Management informed my wife that pest control could not come out until the following Monday and mind you this is on a Thursday she is again reporting to them. There has been no sense of urgency with management in this matter. My wife even offered to find an alternative pest control to come in but was told no by management. I called the Regional Manger and informed her of what was going on and how long it had been with no resolution or pest control. The Regional Manager also stated to us that pest control would not come out until Monday. On Friday Aug. I went out that evening and bought rat traps. I’m came the next morning to inspect the traps and the one placed in the kid’s bathroom had been moved and it had two paw prints on the trap so the rat was able to get off the trap. I showed the photo of the trap with the paw prints to the manager and informed her that pest control need to come out that same day and I needed to receive a phone call by the end of business which I did not receive. When I went by the office that afternoon all I was told was the Regional Manager said no one can come out until Monday. Pest Control came out yesterday Aug 7th and all I was told from them was traps will have to be set in my apartment and the whole building. As to when this will take place I have not been told and as of today Aug. 8th I have not received a call from management. Copper Hill Apartments has poor customer service. The Regional Manager is no help. My family’s safety and health is of no concern to the Regional Manager and her management staff. I would highly recommend not considering Copper Hill Apartments as a place to call home.

Never had a noise issue with this property. The staff makes sure to maintain a homey and clean environment from landscaping to maintenance needs. Centrally located within the metroplex without feeling suffocated by everything around you. Great neighborhood, very affordable.

Great complex but there's limited parking. Have to get home early to get near your apartment. Love the area as it's close to everything.

I recently signed my second one year lease here. I am very happy and pleased to live at Copper Hill. The staff are excelent. My neighbors are wonderful. Overall a very nice, warm place to live. I highly recommend these apartments.
