Headache, moldy. Horrible at shoveling.

Lost power and maitnence had to quit plowing the parking lot due to ice and wind. So we are left abandoned in a blizzard.

Not Ideal.

Copper Leaf Apartments at first when I moved in looked great, its in the right location right off of the interstate, its in a decent neighborhood(or so it seems), and the price is most certainly right. The problem however with it is if you move into the most western two buildings you will be held to a code where you must speak and have a relationship of some kind with your neighbors and if you do not they will contagiously talk trash about you within ear shot of you and scratch up your vehicle if you do not have a garage. This is not all by far unfortunately the worst part about it is when you move in they state that they change the locks however they do not and anybody can get in that had access to the key with the previous resident. I have proof of this in the fact that I have found writings that I have never written and items put in different places in my apartment, I have even had food containers cut open on the sides with a knife. Unfortunately I do not have the money to have them change my locks as I have been between jobs just working low paying warehouse positions to make ends meat.Oh and that's not all they even go so far as to knock on the glass of your patio window at all times of the day, so in short if you keep to yourself allot (like me) its not the place for you.
